4We had our dog groomed yesterday by Alexis and we had probably the best dog cut in years. The hair is very even and smooth so it's obvious she is a very talented groomer! Thank you Downtown Doodle and Alexis! 5 Stars!
Bad haircut. It looked like it wasn't finished. Her nails were clipped but not filed. Other than that, it was just ok. Won't be going back
They always are so great about doing exactly what I want done with my dog, not what the norm is, all my dogs love both the groomers here, and their love for pets and people is always apparent and appreciated! My babies (aka dogs.) always look amazing and are happy when we leave, and there always happy to go there to which to me says a LOT!
My dogs have never looked as beautifully groomed as they did when I picked them up from Downtown Doodle. These people went all out to groom my dogs and make them look awesome! They added a personal touch doggie scarf for each and the dogs were very relaxed and happy when I picked them up. The owners have high integrity and insisted on my paying a lesser quoted amount for services rather than the higher amount it should have been due to my dog’s size. It’s all good. I think they were exhausted after such a huge job, and underpaid, but I will be returning to them and making them my personal dog groomers from now on.
