Gravity Fitness and Tennis, Hailey ID

The location is ok. The parking isn’t that great when it’s busy, it can get really hard to get in and out of the parking lot without hitting someone’s car, especially if you’re in a larger vehicle. The selection of equipment is decent. The staff is nice for the most part. It is a huge bummer that childcare is no longer provided so if you need that, you’ll have to drive to ketchum.

Great facility, new equipment, very clean, fantastic functional training room (largest I've seen), diverse class offerings, beautiful and maintained tennis courts. Exceptional owner willing to help and provide opportunities.

Not a bad gym but in my opinion if your not looking for athletic enhancement and are looking for more of a bodybuilding gym definitely go to big wood fitness in Hailey. I like the turf room and tennis courts but the machines are all duck taped and cracked.

I had a great time in the tribe life class with Lindsey! She makes it fun and encouraging

Love the staff a lot of my friends work there. The Tennis Facilities are amazing and I’m a competitive player. Tennis Clinics are awesome with Kaitlyn and Kurt. Gravity Fitness has one of the best most welcoming facilities in this Valley! Thanks guys!

Was told one price for a class, then charged another, classes I signed up for were cancelled, not up front about policies around deactivation for year long contracts, sneaky policies to charge extra months when you cancel, sneaky policies to prevent you from canceling (stating it's impossible without a form being filled out when the form just says, "hey I'm cancelling" with an option to say why. They could have just asked for an email)
