I loved the environment and the girls that did our massages! It was so relaxing! Plus I loved the sugar scrub.

I wasn't impressed. I've been a regular massage client of numerous therapists & this is one of the poorest massage experiences I've had. The therapist was inexperienced or poorly educated in proper massage techniques. This is just not acceptable & will end up hurting clients. The sheets had a bad rancid smell & need to be properly cleaned or just replaced. Also recommend getting a bolster.

I've had several sessions here with Celeste over the past year and I'm very impressed every time, I highly recommend her! I typically have a new area of pain when I come in and she seamlessly adds focus to those areas while not ignoring other areas with great technique, flow, and comfortable pressure. The last time I came in was some of the best neck work I've ever had!

I had a Combination Massage today with Katherine, and let me tell you, she did absolutely amazing! She was also very professional. I left my massage feeling better than ever. I will definitely be going to Intrinsic Massage & Wellness for more massages in the near future!

90 min deep tissue from Rebecca in order to promote healing after an accident. Easily found problem areas without guidance. I recomend and will return.

I received a massage for Christmas this and really enjoyed my time. The staff are professional and very helpful. My massage therapist was amazing and I felt very comfortable. I would recommend Intrinsic massage and wellness to anyone who lives or visits Rexburg area who needs a massage.

If you haven’t already tried intrinsic, you need to go! Not only are they super sweet but it is the best place for massages I Have ever been. I’m from Vegas so that says a lot. Whether it’s just for 30 min or longer I highly reccomend. After I started going I have found that I’m not as stressed and my migraines do better.

I was able to schedule last minute and they got me in on time, and were really good about hearing my needs!

Best massage and experience I have ever had! I have been to several massages and always come back disappointed. Intrinsic Massage was a completely different experience. They were easy to book with, adjust my booking, fast paperwork, on schedule, and massaged for the full hour! Most places include getting ready time in that hour, but they used the full hour. Abby was my masseuse and listened to my requests. She also massaged my scalp and did neck stretches I have never had- my neck has never felt so good! Overall, they had a very clean environment, relaxing atmosphere, and easy communication. I had a great experience and highly recommend!

I’ve had two prenatal massages from Jeanette and both were amazing! I wish I could go every day. The quality was the same as the massage I had at a resort in Mexico that was twice the price.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming for myself and my friend when we came in for massages. The quality of the massages recieced was also quite good, and after they shared stretches recommended based on our individual muscle tension.

This is the most amazing place! They always seem to work around my schedule and the massage therapist knows just where to put the pressure. My lupus flare ups are under control and I am functioning happier and healthier thanks to them. I am a cheapskate but they are totally worth the money.
