This postal office is awful. 1st of all they say they can’t deliver Amazon packages to apartment complexes. Haven’t ever heard of this and have lived in 4 different apartment complexes without this problem. 2nd they can’t help you find lost mail that they lost and blame you for it. Have a bad experience almost every time I need help. Great at selling postage stamps.

Why have a phone number of you never answer the phone? Why have a voice mail box, if your mail box is full?

Some of the nicest employees I have ever met. Really outstanding people there.

I cannot say enough horrible things about this place. The incompetence should be embarrassing, but they aren't intelligent enough to realize it.
We moved the end of March, it's April 18th and THEY STILL haven't rekeyed our mailbox. Luckily our mail lady has brought us our mail a few times, but she comes at different times so often, I can't always catch her So, the mail goes into the box we STILL can't access!
It should be illegal to keep people from their MAIL!

Our carrier in Boise's East end is unfriendly. He is passive aggressive by skipping deliveries, writing unfounded complaints and is unwilling to talk with neighbors. Such a shame because he could get to know the people in the neighborhood. Our previous carrier was amazing, knew all the people and dogs, chatted and was considered a friend to many.

Lobby has no envelopes or flat rate boxes. If you are buying postage in the machine be warned that the printed stamps can slide through a crack into the machine.
