I went in to upgrade my phone this evening. Not only was Gage working the entire store by himself with many customers in there, he was so pleasant with each customer. He was working efficiently to work with several customers at the same time in order to get us in and out as quickly as possible. He even stayed well after closing time to finish my upgrade, as well as helping out another customer. I really appreciated his help, patience, and positive attitude! He was awesome!

Great service. I made an appointment and got served as soon as I arrived. I was in and out in about an hour for upgrading my phone and having everything moved over from my old phone. Daryson provided great service and was knowledgeable and patient.

I never go to any other Verizon store! Anthony and everyone else that I have worked with there know their stuff. They are friendly and considerate and willing and able to answer questions.

We walked into Verizon 40 mins before they were supposed to close. We were so upset because T-Mobile sucks and Jess did everything in her power to help us. She even stayed way past closing time to make sure we were taken care of! She was amazing!

Today I went to the store to have help with my new phone I just bought.
The clerk there greeted me.
And when I went to ask questions about my phone?
He instantly told me that my phone was the worst phone and I needed to take it back.
And that he insisted that it would not activate. The salesman was very rude about my phone and was trying to sell me something from their store.
He continued to avoid helping me and was insulting when I told him that I wanted to take my phone and I would have helped somewhere else. Long story short my son act got my phone activated and it's working great. It's one of the best phones I've had and I fill that this store is not recommendable for anything unless you want to buy something from them they. I will never do business with this Verizon store at this location ever again.

Anthony was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and so helpful. He answered all our questions and made me feel at ease.

Jess the assistant manager was very professional, and helped me with what type of cell was the best for my needs. She showed me several phones with their features, and did not try to rush me on making a quick decision. She checked if there were any promotions. She found the perfect phone for me! Give me pricing, and check to see if I had the best Verizon plan for me and my husband. She was able to reduce it by $10 monthly. I would definitely recommend Victra Nampa N Marketplace Verizon store to purchase your new cell, or for any help you may need. The employees are all helpful and friendly.
