I've been going here for over 7 years with three different cars. They have done good work at a fair price.

These guys scam. My sister brought in her car for an oil change because her drain pan plug/bolt was stripped. They told her they were ordering a new one, and then when they got it they completed the full oil change, but they returned the original stripped plug/bolt because they had ordered the wrong one. Now she again has to go back there or somewhere else next oil change because of the stripped plug/bolt- the whole reason she went in the first place. A professional would have admitted the mistake before re-filling with new oil and offered to re-order the correct part. There is no way to change it without draining the oil, so she is expected to return there for the next change as the stipped plug/bolt is back in place. Didn't tell her until the very end they had done that, and they offered her no discount for their mistake. Also tried to sell her a coolant system flush simply because her coolant level was low- coolant wasn't dirty, just low. DO NOT go here if you don't have a lot of knowledge about what your vehicle needs. They will absolutely take advantage of you.
