Collector's Outpost, Gurnee IL

Went to this store looking for some gifts and when I walked in there were two girls on their phone listening to music, they playing on their phones, and not even acknowledging my presence when I walked into the store. Then me and a few other customers, who I didn’t even know, were looking for some help and none of the employees were paying attention to any of us. This is the WORST experience I have ever had here and definitely won’t be coming back. I went to box lunch literally 2 minutes down the mall and they were so helpful and pointed me to an entire area of things so I could get a good gift. Horrible customer service don’t come here if you need help finding things from their staff. Plus the one girl kept saying if we buy broken statues it’s a 10% discount why would you even sell broken statues and admit that to paying customers. Horrible store with horrible service. Plus the “manager” would not stop harassing us and other customers.

Excellent customer service with quick responses and 1st priority customer satisfaction. I had ordered a gift for Christmas that unfortunately got lost in the mail. After contacting them, Faith had reached out next day and helped me get things squared away from getting the item reordered, to filing a claim for the lost item, and getting refunded. I couldn’t have asked for a more easier process during the hectic holiday times and the item still arrived in time for Christmas! Thank you to Faith and Collector’s outpost for the caring service! Highly recommend and will buy from them again!

Amazing selection. My 6 year old thought this store was heaven on earth. All our favorites. Honestly/ fun to even visit and just look at various memorabilia.

Amazing store that a large collection of anything you could imagine for a great price. I was shocked to see they carried swords and shields, plus other cos-play gear that looks sweet. Also, some cool t-shirts, baseball caps, and even coffee mugs.

Highly Recommended. I can buy my most wanted Clone Trooper figure from them which is waitlisted on sideshow.

Great place to find forgotten items but doesn't seem to get newer merchandise as often needed.

Walking into this store is always a pleasure. They have something for every collector. Classics and new stuff. Even if you don't buy anything, just admiring the displays is great. They also have some sword replicas and other items. Prices are very reasonable and the staff doesn't bother you so you can browse and take your time before buying something or don't. Then you approach them and tell them what you want and they'll help you out.b

Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful. The prices were also really reasonable. Will stop by again.:)

My 16 year old daughter LOVES Dragon Ball Z & these pants are going to be a Christmas gift she is going to Love! I appreciate how easy this website is to use and for the Quick shipping!
