Every single person I interacted with at Pauly Honda was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly, HONEST. They did not try to nickel and dime me. They did not try to sneak in other pointless charges or repairs. They worked efficiently and promptly on my car. I could not be happier with the service I received. This goes for TWO of our vehicles, as my husband's Honda needed service as well. And the experience was exactly the same: top notch. Moving forward, I will only bring my cars to Pauly Honda.

Mike was very helpful coordinating the purchase of my first vehicle. Always easy to reach and took time in answering all the questions asked. Also got the vehicle as requested with no extra stuff added to the car. Paperwork took about an 30min to an hour at most. Would highly recommend their dealership.

Had an exploded tire on the interstate due to road construction. Had no place to go as I'm out of state, so I towed it to Pauly and hoped for the best. Talked to Javier in the morning. He was fantastic. Very professional, quick, and good pricing. Thanks for making a rough night much easier and getting me back on the road quickly.

Did oil service. Next day my tire pressure went to 0 and it was totally flat.
I used my inflator to fill the air.
I went to auto shop and checked flat tire or not.they confirmed no flat tire.

This was the second Honda dealer that I was dealing with in two days. First one I visited had left a sour taste in my mouth. Paula Honda in Libertyville had a different approach, they had performed 10/10 in every department and instantly made sure I was taken care off. I called about vehicle as I was driving from the western suburbs of Chicago through rush hour, got put on the phone with Bob and if I had to buy another car, I will continue to buy from Bob. I am in sales and I understood his approach very well. He put the customer first and explained everything about the vehicle as if it was his own. When it came to the buying process, the teamwork of Steve and Bob was outstanding. The total duration at the dealer was longer than what I hoped for but their customer service was outstanding. Finished with Bernie in finance and he sealed the deal for us. I will send everyone here to buy a vehicle and will return in the future. I really want to thank Bob for all

These guys told me they would call me as soon as a cr-v i was looking at was ready. No one called for 4 days so i called them again and they sold the car from under me. I do not recommend doing buisness here very bad experience! The salesman name was mike shirmang.do not depend on this guy or anyone else for that manner.

I have a civic with a condenser recall. Had it fixed once. A year later (2021) it went bad again. I took it in to service and they said it was still the condenser. Honda is not covering it since it was punctured by a rock or something. Have not been in a car accident, my car has not been damaged. They are charging me to replace my ac. 3 civics from this dealership and this is how I get treated for my 3rd. Its 90 degrees out and I'm saving to fix my 2016 AC. If a rock was able to puncture it, there is a defect on the make of the gril.

Service quality is ok. Waiting lounge is ok.
They generally tend to make you perform some service, which is typical of a car mechanic!
Not so courteous staff. The wait time was more than what was promised - even though I went on a weekday.
