Very friendly staff and clean location. I originally had placed an order on line. But i wasn't exactly sure what size i needed. Location was very important because of mobility issues. But we ended up seeing someone in the office that made this so much easier. Araceli was a big help with us trying to figure what size we needed.

Just rented my 2nd unit. This time around was quick & easy. Adam & staff were extremely helpful even though I arrived 10 min before closing did not feel rushed!

This place has had a bad rep. I came in and the girl aj was on point. She gave me all information and got what I needed. Place was clean and this place has a big lot to bring in all my junk i got to store.

DO NOT USE THE STORAGE ON 106TH! They are never there during "operating" hours and Araceli has no customer service skills! Either there is no move out procedure or she is not on site enough to follow it. We went to close out in December but surprise there was no one there. We called the customer service number (they are lovey and very helpful) and followed their instructions to clear it out and remove the entire lock. We did so and a month later Araceli is calling abut items in our old unit. I sent my kids to verify those were not our items and she gave them a move out receipt with a $350 balance! I went back to speak with her and get a receipt showing a $0 balance to prevent them from coming to later saying I owe this money and she said she couldn't provide one. I asked for the name of her manager and she said she was the manager with no one above her. I asked for a simple email or letter acknowledging that I did in fact move out in December and did not owe the balance shown. She said she didn't have to do anything for me since I was no longer a customer. I was able to call customer service again and at least get an email stating our move out date had been noted in the system so that we don't owe a balance. The company itself may not be bad but this particular location needs new management!

Araceli the manager at this location was so professional, polite and very helpful. It is very clean and I really like that about this place all around best rental place I have used.

This business barely cares about this location's safety, drug users, garbage or homeless problem. What makes you think they would "Care" about YOUR stuff.

We reserved a unit and there was a mixup with the reservation. We had rented a truck and loaded it up and arrived only to find out we couldn’t get in the unit. We called the hotline number and we escalated it to the Area Manager since it was a Holiday weekend and if we didn’t get into that unit then it was going to cost us especially since we had more stuff to load and unload. Well, AJ the area or regional manager had us call when we were on site. She has amazing customer service skills. She took care of the situation and resolved the mix up. We already had a unit there from when the place was called extra storage. I have never seen any evidence of mice. How ever I do not store any food in my units. I see pest control traps. This location has great prices, AJ is competent, and her response lets me know they will correct an issue if they are aware of it. That’s good management.

Do Not Rent a Unit from this place! They have mice in many of their units. My bed and many items were ruined with mice pee and poop. All they cared about was getting the lock off of the unit and was not apologetic at all. They will give you a fake phone number for the insurance when you try to make a claim.

Had a rental at this location, it was always a problem, the sign say location open from Monday- Saturday came on a Monday to speak with a manager the facility was closed, call the corporate number and was told they not open on Mondays, came on a Thursday same thing happened no one was there, I called corporate they said someone was coming to meet me I waited for a couple of hours me and some more guess NOBODY NEVER CAME, they have a bad rodent problem it was rat dropping all over my storage area they ate thru some of my things, no dumpster nowhere to be found when I cleaned out my unit and it wasn’t opened this particular Wednesday and I was there by 2p sign states open from 10a -6p if you value your things this is not the place to store them! Very bad and poor customer service.

You must take into account that there is never staff in the office, if you have a problem, no one will be there to solve it at the moment, the unit I rented was clean but after several days I returned to leave some things and found mouse feces on my things, I had to Put some things like dishes and kitchen things in the trash. In general, people are friendly, but take everything into account before renting.

I have use the facilities at this location for several years now, and the property manager, Jose, is definitely one of the most affable and helpful people who have been at this particular location.
I’ve watched his interaction with other customers, as I’ve been there doing things or waiting my turn, and he’s treated each and every one, in person, and with his phone calls, with respect and appreciation. Jose does a great job there!
