Matrix exteriors helped facilitate my roof replacement and after speaking with one of there representatives he made it happen and 2 days later they showed up with a hardworking crew and replaced my entire roof. I’m glad I did the business with them.

After meeting with the project manager, I was impressed at how everything was explained to me in detail down to when they would begin working in the project and finish. The day they were supposed to start, they arrived at 7: 30 AM as we planned. The crew work diligently on a $42,000 demo on the interior of one of my properties, and within seven days with starting, they were completely finished, as they said the would be. I have absolutely no complaints, and I give these people the accolades that they deserve for their workmanship and industriousness. Not only did I save $9,000 dollars by hiring them, but I also didn’t have to sit their babysitting them, which would make me go through a lot of unnecessary headaches. This was our first time replacing a roof and Matrix Exteriors Naperville really made the process as smooth and as fast as possible. David worked hard to accommodate us when the color matching for gutters and fascia were not available. He also was able to navigate some insurance difficulties that would have otherwise slowed down the process. Overall, we had a great experience and great quality work was done in a fast time that fit with our schedule. Matrix and David are great communicators and very professional.
