Patient for almost a year. Followed instructions to go elsewhere to get med check and eval. This facility discredited Melanie and her practice and said she misdiagnosed 100%. I called office to report all, and was told to go back to same facility, just different location. I asked staff to talk with Melanie first, that I didn't want to go to same company. No return call. Just an email of termination of care.

This is why our Mental Health System is failing millions daily. Sad.

I have had the most incredible experience with Dr Wylie and her team! Brittany (I talk to her the most but all her receptionists are amazing) has been so sweet every time we talk and is always so helpful and always assures me I’m not a bother even when I feel I am. The team is always quick with responses and getting insurance things handled. Even if they don’t answer, someone is usually calling me back before I even finish my voicemail and on the busier days, they always make sure to call me back before the end of the day just to make sure I know they haven’t forgotten about me. Brittany checks in on me often and always gets me an answer from Dr Wylie within that day. They make sure their patients know they haven’t forgotten about them in between appointments if there was anything delaying them, which is rare and the delays really aren’t long, it’s usually in between my next appointments. Dr Wylie has had to take a weekend to look over my labs and history with her a few times to make sure she’s getting the right treatment for me and has never once given up on me.

Dr Wylie has gone above and beyond for me and has been my mental health doctor for about a year and a half now. She is the first doctor I have been this comfortable with and she truly cares about her patients and their struggles in their everyday lives and really hypes you up when you’re having some positives during the struggles. She is very cautious when starting a new medication and has just been so so awesome! This team has been so helpful and so caring since the first appointment and I have become a much better person, mother, and wife because of them. I am so grateful to have found such amazing people to help me get to my best self and although I’m not quite there yet, they make me want to keep going with the medications and working on myself

Melanie has been a God send in my life. She really listens and truly cares. I’ve never encountered anyone in the psychiatry field, aside from my psychologist to whom she referred me, that has treated me with such dignity, compassion, and care. She is a rare find and a gem.

She's good about acting like she wants to help in the beginning and it seems great until you say one thing they don't like. They fire people constantly and give very little help. When you try to get your records from them they will make sure to take their time. It took 6 months to get mine from them and that took constant calling from me, the new actually helpful psychiatrist I was seeing and a lot of emailed/faxed record requests. Unfortunately the place is extremely unprofessional and does more harm than good to your mental health in the end. I was really hoping for the best but ended up so much worse after leaving there. If you really need the help please do yourself a favor and keep looking. You deserve someone who will care the entire time and won't give up on you so easily when you're at your worse.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Melanie treated me for many, many years! In the beginning, Melanie was helpful with my chronic pain, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and severe anxiety. The office fell apart, not giving calls back and getting missed appointment fees when I all I needed was to change my appointment date! I didn’t miss anything and gave over 24hr in advance.

**I tried to better myself and started to come off of a highly addictive and volatile medication under the supervision of my primary physician and I received a letter telling me that my care is being terminated of medication contract regarding controlled substances. This could not have been at a worse time in my life during withdrawals and peaked anxiety. They have ZERO COMPASSION. Only looking at what they want to see.
We were tapering OFF! My primary reiterated this fact multiple times in progress notes saying I did nothing wrong.
I called Melanie’s office and they hung up on me! I called back many times to explain it had to be a misunderstanding or mistake. I even sent a certified letter with NO response.
This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional! I DO NOT recommend her care to anyone.

Thank you, Melanie, for showing me your true colors.
