My daughter and I were looking for hair since she was getting braids. They discontinued the brand we were looking for and the selections of human hair was limited. Then, this girl said the store will be closing in 5 minutes and to bring items to the counter. Shen then said “can you hurry up” over the intercom, and some Arab men in the back started laughing. This same girl was trying to be nice when ringing us up. I can laugh too - all the way to Bronzeville where we usually go and where they have what we need cause we will never spend money here again. (My daughter was about to put her stuff back and said she should have).

It’s a really good place but I have a question, do you guys have nails and how much do they cost?

They have everything in this store so I don’t have to travel far to find what I’m looking for! I’ll shop again, customer service is cool too!

I really love this store and workers are very helpful if u need help, every new friends I meet I bring them to awesome experience like I did.

Came here on October 29th, 2022 and made a purchase using my business bank card and every since then my card is being hit by purchases from Ali Express and Scandavian Foods. I made a police report and reported this business to BBB because they use skimmers. I was just passing through and stopped to make a purchase on my way back home 2 hours away. I'm still catching hell with my bank and they expect me to pay for what this company did. Hope ya'll have a good lawyer cause my statement shows this is the last place I used my card at before it happened. If you shop there use cash or you're next.

The store manger on Sunday, October 23,2022 is awful. This store is located at 77th and Cottage Grove. I asked him about some hair in the store and he stated whatever is on the floor is it, then continued his conversation with another employee instead of helping me to find the items I needed. As I tried to locate the hair on my own, he yelled cross the store at me we getting ready to close. I proceed to the front of the store. I heard him tell the employee to close the register. When I reached the front of the store, he stated that the register automatically shut down at 3: 45p but the store doesn't close until 4p. He then, called the police on me because I told him how awful his customer service was. This was the worst customer service I ever experienced in this store. This is why I will only shop in black owned stores from now on.

This is the ONLY beauty supply store I will go to! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sale.

Wonderful wonderful beauty shop very clean the employees are wonderful the young ladies that work there they are so helpful and friendly it's a nice big place I love their wigs and it's a good time head by all they have everything and great sales

Always has the products I need and want. Good place to purchase soaps, locations and other body care products.

They need to change their hours to whatever time they actually close because they lock their doors at 7: 30 or before and won’t let anybody come in knowing they are supposed to be open until 8pm

Don't never have what I need. Have the item but never the length I need. Does not invest in variety, need to understand everyone is not looking for the exact same thing.

They had everything that I was looking for at the time. Clean place, courteous & helpful staff.
