We got more than we bargained for. Mr. Lee Chong was very friendly and informative. He was very patient in explaining and helping us to get through all the technical stuff that we were unfamiliar with. I would definitely recommend coming and doing business in this place.
Natalie and Lee were great to work with while helping getting ourselves set up with verizon. Lee even stayed after closing and helped us save money on our purchase.
I came in close to closing, but Lee still welcomed me in. Lee was very helpful and efficient in switching me from one IPhone to another. He even showed me that other people on my plan could get the new IPhone free without me having asked. I have a great experience today thanks to Lee.
Store owner was nice. I was having issues with my phone as I was trying to switch to another network. Even though he didn’t need to help he did so that was cool
I have never spent less than two hours here. It’s like going to the DMV. Lee tells one personal story after another, some are wildly inappropriate and discriminatory. Last time I went there it was 40 minutes before he even got to what I needed which was just adding a line. The time before that I was there for two hours to add my watch line and ended up having to leave and call Verizon customer service and was on the phone another two hours with them. Who in this day and age has that kind of time to waste. He stops helping you to help new customers coming in. The lady he helped after me was there from 11-3 pm! One customer came in while I was there saying his employee put a screen protector on upside down and scratched it when she removed it and fixed it and he refused to replace it and the customer left irate - so uncomfortable…
Lee was great! He was very nice and friendly and helped me with everything related to setting up my new phone.

Natalie was very friendly, helpful and professional. Despite the fact that there were other customers in the store she got to all of us very promptly. It is always a pleasure doing business at this Verizon store.

I walked in and met someone named Lee, he seemed to know what he was doing as he was busy with two other people at once on one account.
I had gone in to do a line transfer from a SIM card to an e-sim, he multi-tasked bringing up my account and then asked if it was pre-paid. Soon as I agreed he said right away as if he was waiting for it, said he can’t help and to call over the phone.
I don’t blame him because I understand there are limits to what one can do given that I worked in his spot once, I find it frustrating how Verizon is shaped to fail in some areas of service like this.
I had tried already over the phone twice and spent 2 hours with a rep, they managed to only tangle me more into what little they could understand so I won’t be calling again to get help on it.
