I stopped in the completely empty parking lot for 2 minutes to check directions on my phone and was immediately told that it was private property and we needed to leave right away.

My grandmother passed away in October, and as one of the beneficiaries of her estate, I have been trying to claim my portion since November. They have sent me part of the paperwork as paper, part as PDF', and here we are more then 2 Months later I find out that these are not even all of them. They refused to have a representative meet me in person, and the rep who handled her account has brushed me off, basically told me that I wasn't worth her time, and has now gone to Florida for the winter. And that's when they answer the phone.
