Chase Bank reviews
11The last two Saturdays the ATMs have not worked at this branch. Very inconvenient when trying to withdraw cash.
If I was to ever switch Banks I would probably go to Chase. Because they do have a good checking program. And they do have a good access to your money as well as ATMs in very convenient locations. I like the place
Overall, my experiences have been pretty good at this bank (inside). However, the two outdoor ATMs are in a terrible setting outside of a long-abandoned drive-up facility. The pavement is awful, and basically it's like having two ATMs in a ghost town. The lack of a drive-up is a huge mark against this bank. This is why I do more of my banking at the Griffith Centier now.
Most chase locations allow customers to come in and wait to speak with a banker. This one always claims to be busy and can't see customers even though there is nobody waiting. Their business banking services are even worse. I don't even think the business banker works there anymore. Save your time, go to another location.
Had to wait a long time for a personal banker to see me. Seems like they don’t have enough help there no drive-through window either. No notary available at the time I was there. Told to come back later. People that work in there don’t care if you use their bank or not
Go to a different banch. Had an appointment and I understand I was unreasonable late but the email did state an hr window. I came in waited 10 min to see Amanda Badner the entire time she and a coworker is in another space and talking and just having a good old time, bank teller ask if she will see me and without a bet turn in chair look me up and looked irritated she would ask her that and says he can come back at 3’. I was fine coming back in but it was the attitude and the demeanor and the lack of customer service, I won’t be back
HORRIBLE customer service! Stated we needed an appointment to talk to a personal banker. I’ve been banking with Chase for almost 10 years and this is the first time I’ve heard of this. Would NOT recommend this location!
This is the best chase bank I’ve ever went to. I went to a few in Indiana and in Illinois. I was in and out so quickly. The teller was really friendly. The lines were moving really quickly. My personal banker Amanda Badner is wonderful. She chatted with me like we were old friends. She really made me feel comfortable, and even followed up with an email weeks later. Just to make sure everything was going great (which is was). This is definitely a great bank to go to.
The manager or the clerk all the way to the left wouldn’t let me get my OWN money out of my account. Terrible service and I will be calling corporate.
Close early on a Saturday. I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes and then I told I'm sorry we can't let you in
Not friendly! Quickly rush out after trying to open an account two hours before they would close.
