The place has gone downhill drastically. Half the vacuum machines don't work or don't have the attachments.

The vacuums do not work and haven't for months. My vehicle just doesn't get clean in the wash.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! Do NOT use this car wash! They have gone so far down hill it’s unbelievable! The broke a piece off my wife’s car a month ago when their car wash broke down when she was in it, and told us they would pay for it. That was a month ago, and 4 times I have personally stopped into the lobby, where I am told they will talk to the manager and he will contact me…. 4 times now not one phone call, not one email. Absolutely terrible business!

They raised prices and when I went through recently under those higher prices, the wash wasn’t even working correctly and couldn’t get my truck clean. I will likely cut back on my visits for those reasons. In this case you do NOT get what you pay for.

Update - Like Many, the car wash owners do NOT respond. I tried to go back a few weeks later to see if brushes and sprayers were working. THEY ARE NOT. But they still wanted to charge full price (higher than stated on the signs) for the broken wash. Wish they would read these reviews and take them seriously.maybe then I could go back, but for now, I will likely go somewhere else.

Been using the Clear Water Car Wash in Warsaw for years. Since ownership has changed the quality of service has been terrible. Last used it Tuesday. Running boards were very dirty. Brushes never touch the back of truck. Will be finding a new car wash. Also they no longer offer a discount for veterans.

I work here and too all the people complaining It's not our fault. That the owners of Clearwater sold out and we had a huge problem of switching the system over. We worked very hard And it's definitely not policy to spray your whole car down it's prep for a reason!

Please save your money. This car wash as declined so much recently. The vacuums never work hardly. Most of them aren’t connected to anything. My car is still dirty after leaving. My husband and I have had a monthly subscription for years. Cancelled today. Have had enough. Thought I would give the new owners some time to work things out. Only getting worse.

The brushes left black marks on the front hood, roof, and back trunk of my light-colored car. I tried to wipe them off with a microfiber towel afterwards, but to no avail. The brushes messed up my car!

What happened? This was my favorite car wash but now they want $25 for the best wash! They also got rid of the RAIN X

3 years ago this place used to do a decent wash on my SUV. Today I went to get my SUV a nice wash, paid $25, realized they changed the soft brushes into something rough that barely touches my SUV. The back of my SUV was so dirty like it was never touched, & the blow dryer hardly dry any part of my vehicle. It was a complete waste of money. Please SAVE YOUR MONEY go somewhere else!

1) Dryers are a lot weaker (or half of them are shut off), my car still had lots of water drops all over both sides of car. I ended up getting water spots on my car. This never happened to a significant degree while they were Clearwater Car Wash.

2) It seems like they barely use any soap. My car used to be covered in soap while they were Clearwater Car Wash, but seems like they just sprayed my car with water only? I have noticed this all the times I have gone there in the past month. It is possible they are cutting cost on soap and don't think the customers will notice.

3) Also, the person that pre-rinses the car only does the driver side of the car. Where is the other person to rinse the passenger side?

4) And I saw several of the brush columns completely still and not spinning, I think they were broken.

5) And during one of my washes, the conveyer line kept shutting off, the alarms buzzed, and the line came to a stop several times in the span of a minute. I was worried the whole place was going to collapse on me or I was going to get into an accident with the car behind me. This is a very anxiety inducing experience going to this place.

The quality has gone downhill a lot. I would not recommend getting your car washed here.

Note for new customers: This place used to be Clearwater Car Wash, but Take 5 Carwash bought it out in August 2022. This was the same time that the hours of operation got cut shorter and the quality of the car wash significantly decreased.

This car wash used to be great but recently they raised prices and the quality declined. I got my car washed this morning. The dryers didn’t work well and the back of my car is still dirty. Very disappointing!

I don’t know what happened but it went from being the absolute best car wash to dryers being shut off in the middle of it. Prices went up for a worse wash?

We went through the car wash last Saturday, the price went up from $18 to $25 and our car was a mess. There are spots all over the car, the windshield is so bad you couldn't see through it if sun hit it just right. Definitely will not be back.

I just drove up here from Georgia and my car was filthy I brought it through this wash and it looks brand new

They sold to another company and wash brushes have been change and prices
went up. Won't be going back
