After a fluke accident my father, a formally super active and healthy 70 year old man, was rendered a quadriplegic and his life changed exponentially. After a month long stay in an Indiana based in patient rehabilitation facility without any significant recovery to speak of we were sent home and told not to expect much more than what little movement and feeling he had at that time. It was then that we learned of NeuroHope and were able to secure a spot to start therapy. Seven months later my dad has regained signigicant movement in almost all extremeties with sensativeity throughout his whole body. He works out every single weekday with a staff that is thoughtful, encouraging and knowledgable who has cultivated a safe and inspirational environment for all in their care. It has been the one thing that has kept his spirits high during this trying time and truly delivers on the word 'HOPE'. We are forever grateful for the whole NeuroHope team!

I have had a great experience as a client at Neurohope. My therapist has listened to my goals thoroughly and been very creative in trying to help me achieve them. They are also always continuing to learn and being involved in the research world so that they are providing the best, most recent therapies.

As a person with a chronic neurological condition (MS), being treated and discharged from outpatient PT wasn’t helping enough. I needed maintenance therapy and Neurohope was the answer! Not only can you receive OT and PT, but when your benefits run out you can continue with one on one therapy with an exercise specialist at an affordable cost. In addition to that, there are adaptive exercise classes. These are unlimited and offered for $50/month! Nowhere else can a handicapped person go to exercise like at Neurohope. The staff are wonderful and treat every patient like family!

NueroHope really has given our family HOPE. My teenage son suffered a TBI, other centers gave up on him. Nuero Hope gave him great care from day one. My son has made so much progress. He's doing so many thing's other providers said he never would. I refer everyone to this wonder place.

Neurohope sets the standard for SCI rehab in Indiana. The staff is extremely motivated and consistently goes above and beyond to help people regain function through long term rehabilitation. I've been to other OT/PT rehab facilities and the difference is just so striking when you experience it firsthand. The guided exercise sessions make a huge difference as well because you can come exercise with other highly motivated people working to overcome SCI/Stroke/TBI/etc.which makes you feel like part of a community.

Neurohope has been amazing for my son. Once diagnosed none of his doctors could provide any hope for improvement since there was no tested therapy. Neurohope worked with him and developed a therapy adaptive therapy regime that has allowed him to see huge improvements. Don't know what we would have done without them,

I found out about Neurohope while searching for a rehab facility post stroke. My doctor said he had heard great things about them so I was so excited to get the call that they had a space available. During my first visit I found them to be professional and compassionate and the atmosphere is one of healing. Highly recommend and can't wait for my next visit.

I first saw them for 3 months back in 2021. I was doing well but had to stop due to the loss of my insurance. In January of 2023 I received new insurance and got placed on the wait list. I was understanding that their wait list is long so I told them I was going to see a therapist for my hand issue then when they became available to see Neurohope for my leg. My insurance cleared this and provided documentation.

After a 5 month wait I did my evaluation with Neurohope and then for two weeks I heard nothing. After contacting them they told me I could not see them until I stopped seeing my hand therapist. I told them my insurance had informed me it was fine as long as it was different treatments. Neurohope threw their hands up and said it was “too difficult. ”

I was shocked and upset by this. For an organization that makes it it’s mission to help people to then have this insane policy in which I had to stop treatment in order to see them, was just dumbfounding. I then received several rude emails from the Neurohope president one of which called me “ignorant. ”

Going to two therapist is completely allowed by many insurance companies and I am now currently doing that. Apparently, Neurohope are the ones ignorant about how to serve the disabled community and this incident shows they put their needs ahead of the treatment of people. I am disgusted by them.

The brightest times of my week. Encouraging, movement, and fun is what they bring us. Life isn’t easy for these clients, but Neurohope supports the patient in the most challenging times, possibilities is their gift.

Neurohope is filled with kind, courtesy, respectful people that are hands on they are dedicated to helping you get the best therapy as if they are going through treatment themselves I have been to 3 other rehab places and I have to say neurohope is the only one I feel 100 percent comfortable with and dedicated to going to I recommend that anyone needing therapy try them out you will not find a better place or group of people anywhere else the atmosphere is so peaceful and friendly that clients automatically meet, greet and conversate with each other as if they are friends you can't go wrong with neurohope they also have top of the line equipment and why shouldn't they they are after all a top of the line facility you don't have to take my word stop by and see for yourself Monday through Friday 9-5 come have fun while getting yourself some great therapy

NeuroHope, has definitely given my mom HOPE!
The therapist that she has worked with are very caring, motivating and enthusiastic. Which encourages her that her life can and will improve. Thank you for all the support not only for my mom. But us as her family members.

In 2018 my husband fell down the stairs in our house and broke is neck. He is a C1-5 incomplete and NeuroHope was recommended to us while in acute care. A month after George returned home for the hospital we started our 3x a week PT at NeuroHope. We have been going non stop for close to 5 years and George still has goals he wants to achieve. All the therapists/staff are top notch and will drive you just hard enough to make sure your goals are met. The years we have spent at NeuroHope have been priceless and we are just getting started!
