The MK, Indianapolis IN

My fiancé and I met with SEVERAL apartment leasing offices. The MK had the best customer service. They went above and beyond. The apartments are so nice, new, clean, and the one we looked at had a spacious bathroom. We just ended up choosing a different location for the sake of my future mother-in-law’s health. If it were just the two of us though, The MK would’ve been it!

My husband and I have been living at The MK for about 6 months now and couldn’t be happier. The building is clean, quiet, and perfectly located with several great restaurants within walking distance. The Monon Trail and Broad Ripple are very close as well. The staff is friendly and any maintenance requests or concerns have been resolved quickly. We highly recommend.

Awesome upscale apartments with a fantastic on-site team! Great ideal location and amenities & love that it also has a key required on all exterior doors as well as parking garage with your own reserved space. We love living here and just renewed our lease and don’t plan on going anywhere else!

Moved into a unit with a broken window December 2022, and nearly one year later and one new Property Manager later the issue is still not resolved and the solution given to me has been disrespectful at best. Stay away from this property. I’ve lived in the area since my undergrad days at Butler ‘19 (go dawgs) and this is by far the worst. There is nothing luxury about this property or these apartments except the prices they charge.

Taryn and Jennifer are fantastic. My experience with them was wonderful! Taryn shows high emotional intelligence, excellent closed loop communications, and a warm, welcoming personality. I highly recommend this property.

The apartments are absolutely amazing! Great interior and very spacious! The management is very friendly and always willing to help! Maintenance is really quick too! I have been living at the MK for 5.5 months and I have no complaints at all!

We have lived at the MK for nearly a year. It’s a great place with a vibrant, friendly community. Taryn, the Property Manager, is very friendly, addresses concerns promptly, and has a wonderful disposition. Bailey adds to the sunny atmosphere on Saturdays.

Maintenance and upkeep at The MK is a priority. Work orders are easy to place on the website and Eric is very prompt in responding to the requests.

If you are thinking of a new apartment community, there is a lot to enjoy about the MK.

We had to do an emergency move into the MK because our apartment building caught fire and the water damage from putting the fire out ruined 33 units. We were so happy to find that MK had the 2bed 2bath that we were looking for and they were able to process everything to get us in the unit within 24hours! Very responsive and easy to work with!

Before The MK I’d never felt at home before until now. I love my apartment and the location so much. I feel very privileged to call it HOME.

The MK is in a great location - walking distance to restaurants, and extremely bikeable to nearby Broad Ripple strip. I really enjoyed my time as a resident here. The apartments are very up to date, and the overall facility is kept very clean. The entire building has a cozy feel to it. Parking is convenient, and you even have bike storage with your parking space.

I can’t say enough great things about the management though. Upon my application I was given a quick response and everyone was very helpful to make sure my move-in went smooth. They are always very positive and made sure I had everything I need to feel at home. Maintenance was also great - communicative and prompt when there was something that needed fixing.

If you’re looking for a home-y community in Broad Ripple, you can’t beat the MK.
