Hope Hearing & Tinnitus Center, Hiawatha IA

I have been associated with Hope Hearing &Tinnitus Center for around a year regarding my hearing loss. The staff is especially welcoming and friendly. Dr. Stirn has always made me feel comfortable and at ease and takes my questions and concerns seriously. I feel everyone at this office truly cares about my well-being and strives to make my hearing the best it can be. I would highly recommend Hope Hearing &Tinnitus for anyone who is concerned about their hearing.

Always greeted with a smile. Then they ask if you are having any problems with your devices, have you put them in a little cup to clean and service. This is standard. From hear it is TLC to make sure you don't need minor adjustments. In and out in about 30min plus or minus a few minutes.

Everyone at Hope Hearing are friendly and genuinely care about their customers. They are extremely knowledgeable in their respective roles and make the whole experience enjoyable. The hearing aids have made a huge difference in my quality of life, but the people at Hope
Hearing made the ongoing monitoring process enjoyable also.

I'm a firm believer in first impressions and the 'feeling' that you get when encountering or searching for a new provider. I knew immediately upon meeting the staff at Hope Hearing that I came to the right office-one that would work hard to address my hearing as well as my tinnitus concerns. I felt at ease and impressed with their friendly and competent staff and have consistently felt this way at all of my subsequent visits. I realize there are several choices in hearing and tinnitus care providers, but am extremely happy and relieved to have found such a wonderful organization!

I began my journey hoping for tinnitus relief in April 2023. While I am only 9 months into therapy, my tinnitus has decreased tremendously. My hearing devices also improved what I am able to hear, which was an added bonus. The staff at Hope is so friendly and attentive to my needs. Thank you Hope for improving my quality of life!

My wife bought a 400.00 pair of custom ear plugs. Went to pick them up and had to wait 45 min till Dr. Beki arrived to meet her. No apologies. No explanation as to why she was late. Was surprised not to see the original gentleman who my wife had seen. Handed my wife the ear plugs in a ziplock bag. No container to store them in. No instructions on how to care for them. Not very impressed with Dr Beki.

Jonathon Stirn is possibly the best audiologist/care specialist I’ve had in twenty years of wearing devices. He’s personable, reliable, and he gets things done. While I have only had to use Hope’s services a few times, Jonathon and team always set me up quickly and without issue.

I recently visited with the clinic for my first appointment about my tinnitus. All of the staff were very friendly and thorough from the minute I walked in. I am excited about helping my tinnitus issues. Thanks!

Decided to try Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Clinic due to the onset of Tinnitus. It was causing me the inability to function on a daily basis and anxiety/depression issues. The hearing aids have greatly reduced the Tinnitus symptoms during the day and allowed me to function again. I still have some problems sleeping, but even that is better. These results are from about three months of treatment. I highly recommend Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Clinic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful - they listen. I have “hope” as the clinic name implies.

My hearing screening and visit with Jonathan was amazing. He was approachable, very knowledgeable, and answered each of my many questions.
