Called to get my chimney looked at because I’ve had a few bats in my house throughout the last couple months. He immediately blamed it on the furnace pipe. I knew for a fact that wasn’t the cause. The guy didn’t want to come to my house so I asked for other recommendations and of course he said he didn’t have any. After convincing him to come look at my chimney, he ended up putting netting around it. I didn’t understand why he didn’t want to come, I was giving him business! Giving 3 stars because he did get back to me in a timely manner after leaving a message regarding my concerns with the chimney.

I have called this company multiple times to set up an estimate. This company has not answered any of my calls, nor called me back even though I left messages with my contact information.
