Took my car there with brake problems $500 for 2 front brake hoses and system flush still no brakes. Took it to another shop and had abs purged for air in system and brakes work. Went back to Sky and they told me glad you got it fixed after I asked about if it should have been done with brake flush and we'll it should have, then why did I have to pay another shop to do what I was charged here for. Anything else we can do for you, Have a nice day was I was told

Purchased my vehicle there in 2018, had an excellent sales experience. Recently they contacted me about a recall issue, ensured I got the appointment scheduled. The service center was clean and the staff professional and helpful. Issue was taken care of the day of the appointment.

Buyer Beware! Drove 9 hours for an X-Plan deal that was approved by the sales manager & finance manager only to be told upon arrival that the paperwork was wrong by the owner. The owner then tried to renegotiate the trade in value of my truck. All kinds of issues with bad business practices and being unethical.

In Response to Alex's comments below: My "less than perfect experience" was due to your mistakes and poor business practices. I already knew what the KBB value was to my truck, they have their own webpage and at no point did your staff offer to use your buying tool and at no point did i decline it. To add to that, I sent you my VIN and a pic of my odometer to your staff. I have attached the pic below. So, I provided the correct mileage information. It's not my fault that you don't know the difference between miles to empty and the odometer. So that mistake was on you; Which I didn't discover your error until on the phone with you.
Additionally, you told me fraud had been committed with my paperwork and you had fired your finance manager, Jason. At that point you should have called me instead of letting me drive 9 hours and try to get me over the barrel by reducing my trade in when my driver arrived. Another mistake on your part. I didn't say you refused the x-plan pricing. I said you didn't honor your deal and were unethical. As far as reaching out to you at the dealership, I've called you twice after this debacle happened because there was some paperwork that was left behind. I left a message on your voicemail and spoke with your salesperson another time about it and no one has returned my calls. Did you offer to compensate me for my hotel, gas, or driver costs? I have filed a complaint with Ford Customer Relations.

Best Ford Dealer in Cedar Rapids Area. Went to a few used car shops in multiple areas and haven’t found any place to have as great customer service as I had at Cars R Us. I highly recommend coming here for your next car.

Best Ford Service Department. They take better care of their cars than any dealership I have encountered. They are honest and care about the car they give you and they make sure everything works before you leave.

Well all I can say at the moment is they definitely have some work to do! This business used to be Junge Centerpoint and recently was sold to Sky Ford. I arrived at 7: 20 to get my oil changed and asked them to check out my brake booster as I had issues with it a week ago and was told to have my car dealer look at it to make sure the recall work was done on it which it had in 2018. To make a long story short, 2 hours and 15 minutes went by and basically no status was given so I went and checked to see what was up. I was told it was done but he needed to order a part before he could check me out and left. I don't know if it was a part for my car but he never returned even after I left to use the restroom. I was very unhappy with the service and long wait time with no update. Thankfully the service manager gave me my keys back, apologized and told me he wouldn't charge me for the oil change and the service guy would call about the rest. I have been home for almost 2 hours and not a word as to what the issue is with the brakes or if the part ordered was for my car. I have bought several cars from this location but was not impressed with my first visit under new ownership. Women's restroom was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while with poop stains in the bowl and around the rim and garbage can full and no lid and all before 10am. Not sure what to think.do I find a new shop or drive 20 minutes for subpar service.

We had a pleasant car buying experience. We we're greeted by Michael P of Cedar Rapids Junge and when it was found that the vehicle we were interested in was in North Liberty he drove us down and made sure we where taken care of the entire day. This young man is an asset to the Junge team and went above and beyond for us. Addison Smith of the finance team in North Liberty was also wonderful. He took the time to walk us through things and went the extra to make sure we were getting the best interest rate. We would buy from Junge again because of these two gentleman.

I bought my car 6 months ago and this the 2nd time I take it back to their shop because some mechanical And electrical issues, they lie to me when they told me that the vehicle was fully detailed inspected but that was a lie clearly someone missed a lot of details Now they wanted me to nickel and dime for every inspection they do on my vehicle, really unprofessional that someone fail on the the inspection for my vehicle.

We discussed a warranty in fine details before signing the paperwork. I let my boyfriend go in and sign during the 2nd visit trusting they wouldnt change any agreements.now i find out they changed the terms of the warranty and its $100 per visit to diagnose a problem. My local car shop doesnt even charge to diagnose! I pointed out the car was rushed through inspection. They did not check the license plate lights and even pointed that out on their paperwork. There is an electrical problem causing the bulbs to not work less than 1 month after we bought it we noticed but took 3 months to bring it in. And the guy in charge just said not possible they missed. But their detail crew was rushed and missed a dead fly in the cup holder (plus stuff on ceiling). I know inspection was rushed too. Head guy did not want to work with me at all to remedy this under handed behavior. Of not honoring what was discussed to make the sales agreement on the floor. And to leave me with a bill for things that cost up to $100 to diagnose. I just wanted him to say we will take care of you like we said we would but he refused to.

I want to point out it costs a lot more to bring in new customers than it does to keep current ones happy. Please take better care of your customer.
