19My car kept dying. I drove to the dealership without an appointment. They diagnosed the problem and had the repairs done in less than 45 minutes.
It was very professional and thorough. I learned one thing! If you live in western kansas its not a good idea to buy a new car in January! It was dirty and snowy before we got home.
Nick was my salesman and he went above and beyond to help me out. Ryan the sales manager was great as well and did a great job helping us out. Gavin in the finance department was also easy to work with and got me the plan that worked best for me. Overall, a wonderful experience.
The service department was friendly and had my vehicle done in a timely manner. Thank you!
First time buyers. Wonderful customer service. Jamie was with us through and through and Gavin was great to help us get the best rates etc.and worked with our schedules. Though Gavin was out when we picked up our vehicle Jamie and Ryan made sure the process of our trade and new vehicle went smooth & easy! They weren’t pushy or rude, just genuinely good people. We look forward to using them in the future.

Just a horrible experience, zero stars if possible. Overpriced vehicles that needed visible repairs, salesmanager was rude, dishonest, arrogant, and all around unpleasant. Worst vehicke experience I've ever had. Run far away, they promise great deals and prices and in reality you'll waster your time and be lied to. Horrible, horrible, excuse for a dealer
Salesmen who helped us was to pushy. We came in to test drive a car and by the end he was asking for money, even asking for us to call our family member to get money, the manager was also way too pushy.
Also totally lowballed our trade in of our vehicle.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership. My truck was in their service department for two days for sensor issues with multiple codes found. After spending over $1,000 to replace all the recommended sensors, they discharged my truck. Two hours later the truck completely broke down in I-70 due to some electrical issues and wiring problems. It had to be towed to another GM dealership, so I called this dealership in Salina. I was assured I’d get a call from the service manager the following day as it seemed the money spent wasn’t necessary as the new dealership actually found the wiring problem which caused all the sensors to go “bad” when they were in fact fine. There was also wire damage missed from lack of thorough inspection which led to the breakdown. Overall, questionable diagnostic services, lack of confidence in abilities and poor or lack of communication.
I was asked if my ac was working correctly because the technician saw some yellow fluid. I was asked if I wanted it looked into. I said no. But nowhere on the paperwork that I took did it mention it. Also 78.00 for windshield wipers? Glad I passed on that one too.
After 4 years, I finally got my first dream truck, I'm very grateful, I would say my second home for the 4 past year.the staff at HOLMES Buick GMC has always been Courteous and professional, They have a way to accommodate you of comfort, Outstanding.
Overall service took about1.5 hours which is acceptable and service charge was spot on. The check out employees were very respectful and knowledgeable. It would help out a lot when the service technician calls to see if filters or wipers should be replaced, when they offer the replacement to include a price. I was shocked to see a nearly $50 charge on my bill just for wipers. I would have declined and purchased and installed them myself if I would have know that. I will be very couscous in the future. Other they that, I am pleased with Holmes Automotive
I had my eye on a 2013 Lexus. Being inexperienced in the way a dealership works with loans Jamie Disney and Jessee Helped me out; very thurough, respectful and honest with this process. Dylan Henry also did the repairs in Remarkable timing, making sure it was safe and reliable. Appreciate everyone there! Friendly welcoming people throughout!

Shelby, the sales rep was terrific to work with online. She found my new Buick Enclave with all the options I wanted (and without those I didn't). They had to do a dealer trade and got my vehicle to their dealership so I could promptly pick it up! Highly recommend Shelby if you need help finding your dream vehicle!
The paperwork and Extended Warranty push took longer than it should have. I was anxious to road trip in my new ride.
