The staff at Mainstreet are the best! Always pleasant and very helpful. I’ve banked with them for over 40 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

For the third time in the last 8 Months Main St.credit union has messed up on my payment and made it appear that I am late. I have not received late charges because it is only a day or two after my due date on the 15th however the transaction was withdrawn from my bank account, and Five days before Main Street credit union post my payment. They have had my payments and apparently keep on forgetting to update my account. Very displeased and dissatisfied with their customer service as well.

My experience was great it's the request for my opinion everytime I make a physical visit that I have a problem with. And an even bigger issue is I can't just discard the email, I get a follow up request if I don't give a review. Gets old real quick. I have better things to do with my time.

I always feel like I’m at home when I return from being away and when I return-to the Olathe Branch at Mainstreet and when away I transact on line understanding I’m never far from home. Just never got that personal feeling when going into a bank, even a small bank.

Very pleasant experience. Julie and Jon were very accommodating. Highly recommend
