They went to my property quickly to scope out the issue (sliding glass door not latching/locking closed) and told me they’d get me a quote on fixing it. The next day I called back to see if they had the quote, and they told me they would need to order a part and are trying to find it to get me pricing. They said they would have that info back to me same day. I waited two days to call back about the part and they told me they couldn’t find the part but could try something similar to see if it worked. All the while, I have renters living at that property who need to be able to lock the door. Additionally, I was sent an invoice with a credit card number and signature that were not mine, and their customer service call center kept calling me to see if the job had been finished. I am shocked that they don’t have oversight of their technicians to know when the job is finished…I am not onsite since it’s a rental property and this was all extremely frustrating. I shouldn’t have to micromanage a service provider all while receiving incorrect invoices and calls from customer service asking if the job was done. Would not recommend.

Had a great experience initially. The locksmith showed up timely and finished quickly. However, upon receiving my final invoice there were a number of questionable charges, namely and almost $200 additional charge for a “unusually difficult to unlock vehicle”. I was told this charge related to “insurance” initially and was so desperate to get my car unlocked that I disregarded during the quoting process. For 5 minutes of work I was charged nearly $400. I called to inquire about this charge two separate time and was told someone would get back with me. Unfortunately no one ever did and I’m left to foot the bill.

First keys didn't fit, so I sent back the lock from the cabinet that I had already removed for service, and the new keys and lock arrived two days later. This company provided excellent service; I would use them again and suggest them to others.

In 30 minutes, the mechanic arrived at my car. Within 30 minutes, he had three keys ready on site. One of the quickest procedures I've ever witnessed was this one. He was highly competent. I heartily urge anyone seeking for a locksmith to use this service.
