I recommend just going into the establishment, calling them is like speaking to a wall or a mentally challenged kid.

Best selection of top tier guns. SIGs come in cheap and flimsy cases. Not the Penguins fault. Come on SIG!

Decent price on my 1911 and the staff was super friendly.

Prices are inflated and they sold me a gun without a firing pin/ retaining pin which i will “have to send in to smith and Wesson because that’s not our problem”-Bryan.

Everyone was very friendly, they offered me a very fair pricebon my items, and suggested a place that would be interested in my other items. They went out of their way to help. A+ and highly recommend.

The employees are top notch very knowledgeable, and treat all with respect. Never condescending. And you get the most money for your pawn from Penguin Pawn than ANY other shop in the Metro area. They also have the best prices on tools, Guns, and Jewelry.

They were rude when I called. Then when I came in they was rude again. Boy I’m not coming in ever again. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all. Probably the worst customer service.

Unfortunate experience. Came here cause of the great reviews but the guy running the store was straight up rude and literally threw my credit card back at me when I bought a couple of. 410 shotshells. Was planning to buy a sporting shotgun here for clays eventually, but I think I'll pass and find somewhere else.

These guys run a well respected pawn shop. They are stern and strict with newer customers. I think a lot of bad reviewers out there don’t understand the business they are in and what they have to deal with on a daily basis which is why they have a certain demeanor for newer customer until they can understand that you aren’t a shady person. They have given me excellent customer service within reason. They are a small shop and have been extremely busy at times. Very knowledgeable staff on everything in the store. I have and will continue recommending this store to friends and family.

Great people I’ve worked with them for 10 or 15 years now and I have always done me right they’ve always helped me with any questions they are just excellent highly highly would recommend to anyone and everyone!
