Claiborne Crossing, Louisville KY

We have lived at Claiborne Crossing for five years now. The maintenance staff is TOP NOTCH along with the current office management. Management holds people accountable and strives to make it a great place to live. Whenever we have any concerns they have been taken care of quickly and properly. The community is gated & smaller which we like because you get to know the team at Claiborne and vice versa.

We just moved from Claiborne after seven great years as our secondary residence. We had a first floor two bedroom with an attached garage which had a spectacular design for livability. Maintenance was never a problem with a staff that was very responsive when any problem did occur. Management provided a great mix of neighbors that respected each others privacy and at times needs. The pool, the car care center and the Gym were amenities that we used whenever in residence and these facilities were kept in great condition. We live on an island in South Carolina but keep a presence in Kentucky to be close to family. Family is now in Lexington and we had to give up our perfect apartment in Louisville. Claiborne is a great place to live.

Great office management, Nice, clean facility. Management works hard to keep facility clean & nice. All employees are very friendly, super nice & helpful. Any issues or request they are right on it. For such a large facility they keep everything’s in top shape & working order. Extremely accommodating. Everyone is very nice. Great facility & place to live.
That was my review until I was ready to move out. Same manager new assistant manager. Rude & charged extra. Apartment was extremely clean when I left. Not secure even though it’s a gated community.
New car stolen there. Near my apartment under a light.
I know it wasn’t managements fault, but they didn’t even acknowledge or return my call. That was the second time in 3 years cars were stolen. I loved my apartment
until management started acting smartelic. I was a good tenant that didn’t cause any trouble. Others broke rules but nothing was ever said or done. Need more professional management.

Claiborne Crossing has been such a relief for me. The staff are Amazing (Aireonna, Alex and Jordon) have helped me get settle into my new apartment. Coming from a Apartment complex that didn't care about there tenants and was constantly just put lipstick on the complex to make it look nice to sell (3times). It is so nice to have a complex that really care about there tenants. I am so Happy to be moving into Claiborne Crossing! Thank You so much Aireonna, Alex and Jordon!

They like to take your hard earned money! Make sure during your preliminary walk through you take video and notate everything that you see damaged even if it’s the most minute thing and don’t let them tell you “it’s not a big deal”. Second, make sure NOT to leave your trash out not even for a minute because they will charge you $60-80 for placing your trash momentarily outside. Third, if you have guests or move in trucks, make sure they don’t hit the gate arm because they will make you responsible for it even if it wasn’t you and will charge you $200. Fourth, on the last day make sure you take pictures and video before the walkthrough and follow them especially if the maintenance people are doing the final walk through with you because if things aren’t damaged they will magically be damaged such as your blinds and then you’ll get charged $200 for something you did not damage. Lastly, if you decide to clean the apartment yourself before the last day, take picture and video of the clean apartment and make sure you check under the fridge, because if they find 1 bottle cap under your fridge, this will constitute you having to pay the full cleaning fee of $300 even though you left the apartment cleaner then when you received it. Keep all this in mind so you won’t have to pay close to$500dollars in nonsense fees.

We have lived in several apartment complexes in our lifetime and Claiborne Crossing is by far the best one we’ve experienced. The apartments are spacious with modern appliances and beautiful countertops, and flooring. The pool area makes you feel like you are on vacation with a waterfall and gorgeous garden areas. We’ve never experienced any problems here and have been residents for over two years. Thank you Claiborne Crossing!

Myself and family had a 4: 00pm tour appointment to meet with Alexandra she came off very judgmental towards me and my girlfriend. She did not make us feel welcome ; because it was raining she rushed the tour. She didn’t give any details of what the property actually offered (pricing hours of operation etc). Her delivery was very rude and we believe we was racially profiled.and overall we didn’t approve of her vibe/energy.

Will not be applying to move here. We have seen better.and overall we know how the process goes as far as apartment touring.

After living there for 1 year, I can say the facility is nice, but the leasing office can be unreasonable. One example, my rent auto-pay in their system failed for an unknown reason. I never intended to pay late.but they forced me to pay for the penalty - several hundred dollars. Very sad!

We have the worlds best maintenance crew. They respond quickly to any issue and explain how not to have similar issues

Great employees! Always fast at fixing issues when it comes to any maintenance repairs. Also gated community is a bonus, everyone is friendly and no issues with neighbors.

My husband and I moved in 4 months ago and the couple of small issues we had were addressed immediately. It is quiet, safe and the residents are kept well informed.

I have been living in Claiborne crossing for 10 months now and I love it! The management is really good and everyone in the office is nice and I wouldn’t prefer to live anywhere else! I’m so great ful to the staff.

Claiborne Crossing is hands down the top apartment complex in the East end of Louisville! Gated complex, kid friendly, gorgeous pool, safe, secure, lush landscaping, car wash and very responsive maintenance crew. If you ever have an issue people will be at your door quickly! Everyone is very friendly and will communicate with you all the time in a friendly manner. Claiborne Crossing is also next to wonderful schools and is convenient to all interstates, Kroger, Walmart, Target and numerous restaurants within 5 minutes. Could not be happier and in no rush to get back into a house.

I recently moved in and have been thoroughly impressed and happy with the availability of the staff to help me through this process. Had a small maintenance issue but the staff was able to respond to my request and fix it within just a couple hours. Great community, awesome amenities and quiet neighborhood, which were all the things I was looking for in a new home!

I moved in May. The apartments are very nice and Cory made me feel right at home. He’s a super nice guy and always makes sure everything is taken care of as soon as possible. All of the staff are really nice every time I see them! I’ve yet to have a bad experience, I love living here! It’s so peaceful and secluded which is my main reason for choosing Claiborne. I also feel safe here, which was at the top of my list. The only downfalls are parking and trash. There could definitely be more spots especially for tenants. If you try parking after 4pm you’ll have trouble getting close to your apartment. Usually after a weekend there’s litter around the community which is the tenants fault, I do wish everyone had respect for our little neighborhood. Those are only very minor issues that I definitely overlook because I love living here so much!
