Whoever answers the phone at the the housing office is very short. Very rude and seems to know more about what apartment I live in than I do. I just wanted a maintenance order put in and she kept telling me my apartment number wasn't my apartment.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Garden Gate! My husband and I lived here for two years. It is very spacious and well kept. Any maintenance issue that we had was fixed within a day or two. I highly recommend Garden Gate!

We've lived here over a year and plan to stay until we need more space. Very spacious apartments with outdoor storage. No hidden fees, staff is amazing and very transparent about any services that will impact tenants. Amazing place!
