Happy Nails, Ashland KY

I have been having my nails done for at least 10 years. I started in the mall before they remodeled back when the tips were pre colored. I tried a salon recently in town and ended up having issues with the nail tech. I tried the salon in Russell and hated it. I was told by a close family friend to go to Happy Nails. I cannot say enough amazing things about the folks that own and work there! They keep everything clean and their work is amazing it’s the best pedicure I have ever had and I’m on my third round of acrylics with them. They hand drew Mardi Gras nails for me with the fleur de lis and it was amazing. You really need to give them a try if you’re looking for a nail salon all I can say is I regret not going there sooner!

Today I went to Happy Nails to get my nails done.
I did not have an appointment and just walked in this morning, I was immediately greeted nicely and did not have to wait very long.
Tiny, did my nails and was so kind and gentle.
Highly recommend this place! Love my nails!

I have finally found my place to have my nails done. Friendly and knowledgeable with a variety of different options for color and style.

Absolute joke of a place. Way overpriced and rude as all get workers. One worker in there was just letting her kid throw a complete melt down screaming and crying and was playing on her phone and refused to console her child. They scream at you on the phone and tell you you have to come in to ask pricing and timing questions with the goal to get you in there and then overcharge you. I left. As a mother I will never condone another parent just playing on their phone while their kid is clearly in distress. A school aged child who can clearly discuss why they're upset. Then have the audacity to lecture you on saying your leaving while they can't bother to look up from their phone.

I got my nails done yesterday. She was great job for nails that I am going to concert. I love it!

Sina did amazinggggggg. This was my first time at this salon and i am already planning my next visit!

Not a good place to go, I got my nails done and they look good but they lied to us about the price, and they was rough with my nails

Horrible customer service.me and my friend went for a pedicure and there were only 2 people working. We waited for over an hour and had not been spoken to or acknowledged. I left without even having anything done

Excellent nail salon. My friend and I went in on a Friday morning with no appt, around 9: 45. They were busy, but worked us in. My pedicure was amazing. I opted for the honey volcano (up charge). Utensils were clean and new. Spa bowl was lined. Massage was honestly incredible. Polish was perfect. Manicure was perfect. If you're looking for a great mani/pedi in the area, I'd come back for sure!

This place is under staffed. Told us 30 mins wait time after an hour the guy got up and left to go pick kids up from school leaving customer's waiting like our time is not important to us will not go there or recommen

I'm extremely picky when it comes to my nails so I was very pleased the first time I tried here. I've had my nails done here 3 times now and don't plan on going anywhere else! They always do a great job and I love the attention to detail!

They messed up my actual nails and my nails were falling off and bleeding they also cut my nail beds to where they were bleeding will not come here again.was not happy about service.they were extremally rude and was talking about me the entire time, because I was a guy wanting acrylics.

I went in Thursday night to get a new set and my nails are coming g off four days later they were on the phone while doing my nails and over charged me and was talking about me

I called ahead of time asked how long the wait was told 15 mins. After waiting 45mins, they took other people ahead of me when I was there before then. Horrible customer service. Not friendly at all. Don't waste your time and money.

I took my granddaughter there to have her nails done and a girl's day out, the girl there that did her nails was very rough with my granddaughter and cut and hurt her hands and the nail polish came off, and my granddaughter tried to talk to the girl and she was very rude to my granddaughter, and the same day the nail polish was coming off, so the next day my granddaughters hands we so sore I took her back and asked them to take them off and give her a refund and they refused, I will never take her back there and would not recommend

I will just start by saying this - I will never go to another nail salon again as long as Happy Nails is open! The woman who did my nails did such an amazing job. She took her time, didn't rush at all, was very friendly and talked to me the whole time. She made sure my nails were even, smooth, and short enough so I can work. She even gave me a wonderful arm and hand massage afterwards! The pricing is very good as well. I very much recommend this place if you're looking for your nails to be done correctly and beautifully!
