I got my most recent massage from Jacob and it.was. AMAZING! He found all of the spots. He has the ability to use deep pressure. I was comfortable the whole time. Shelly and the entire Lotus team are top notch! When I relocated to Louisville I was LOST (in every sense, physically and emotionally). Being able to heal my mind, body and soul in one place was truly a gift!

Shelly is the best therapist! She actually cares, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and is an all around beautiful human being. The wellness center always has awesome offerings that go beyond therapy including yoga, Reiki, massage and meditations. I've recommended all my friends to them. Truly wonderful experiences there.

I have worked with Shelley for individual and couples therapy. All I can say is that she is amazing! I feel supported and heard when I talk to her, and I feel like she genuinely cares and wants to see me succeed. If you are looking for a therapist, you should do yourself a favor and get a session scheduled with her!
