Hands down, the best massage company in Louisville. The location is both inviting and relaxing. Great location on Frankfort Avenue. Extended hours for people who work. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I’ve been a faithful client at Sanctuary Massage since the Bardstown Road days and I would gladly follow these fierce women to any location. I started getting massages with Sarah and found them to be invigorating. Fantastic and hilarious conversation. Deep pressure. I consistently left the room ready to take on the world which has become a non-negotiable for me now. I begrudgingly scheduled with Olivia as Sarah began personal leave, but my concerns were quickly abandoned. Olivia is amazing too. She has stellar intuition and seems to understand what experience and interaction I could benefit from each visit, often without me being aware myself. Beyond that, she is brilliant and very willing to share the benefit of her rigorous and detailed research into the industry. I love the business they cultivate and have since enjoyed services from several other providers that they meticulously sourced and hired to contribute to the environment they began.

I book with Jordan quite a bit now and holy heck I did not understand what was missing in my life. Jordan has unexpected strength and they know how to get in there and target my most vocal muscles. I have regained flexibility and agility since working with them. More recently I had lash services with Ava and they were, unquestionably, the most thorough lash services I’ve had in Louisville. I shared with her that I kept forgetting I even had lashes on. Not too much glue or too crowded on my eyelid. She made me feel like a queen for my birthday and even added a pop of purple for extra fun.

I have laughed and cried with this team. They have supported my mental health and well being far beyond the physical support I initially visited for. I have found more than healing and care in this business, I have found a family of individuals that are committed to providing a wonderful environment and I count down the days till I can visit again.

This was my wife's first time ever having this kind of experience. OMG, she could not stop telling me about what she went through. If you don't think your other half will enjoy this, you are 100% mistaken. Highly recommend.

My experience at Sanctuary Massage and Spa was incredible. I've gone to 'chain' massage places before, but wanted to try something more local to see if there was a difference. I'll never go back to a 'chain' massage place again. Loved the relax environment that was created as soon as you walked into the door. Jordan was my assigned specialist and they were amazing. Did a brief intake and made sure to focus more on the areas that were trouble spots for me. Jordan explained what they were going to before starting the massage and I was so relaxed and enjoyed getting pressure points released that I actually dozed off for a bit. Huge fan of this local shop and I'll be back and also tell my friends about it! Thank y'all SO much!

Was gifted a massage for my birthday last year and had the best deep tissue full body massage by Jordan! The atmosphere was so relaxing and they offered refreshments before and after. Students also get discounted massages (yess) definitely recommend if you’re looking to decompress!

Heather is spectacular! She worked all my muscles immensely (I have a very labored job and I’m always sore) not only is she great, the staff was very friendly and the salon is beautiful.

This was by far one of the best presents I got! Lisa is absolutely skilled! This was the most peaceful experience I've ever had. I had so many knots in my back, and she got out every single one. My body feels absolutely amazing. The scalp massage was so relaxing and last but not least, the Reiki session was amazing. I literally felt my body get lighter. She spoke so much life into me. I feel like my energy was balanced and I'm finally at peace and feeling my best! Hands down the best place to come!

I’ve gotten massages at Sanctuary a few times and have had a great experience each time. The staff have always been warm and welcoming and do their best to make you comfortable including offering water and teas. The ambience is very relaxing and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. My most recent session was a massage and a facial with Megan, and she was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend Sanctuary Massage.

Sanctuary Massage and Spa was just that, a Sanctuary. My massage therapist, Jordan, did a wonderful job getting to know me and my body before the session began and proceeded to give a wonderful, full-body massage. The building itself is very nice and contributed to my ability to relax as well!
