Upon parking near the door, I was greeted outside by Kaleb. Nice man, respectful, & courteous.

We sat down talking about a specific truck. Was initially going to look at a 4 door short bed 1500; as the one pictured below wasn't on their website. We ended up passing the 2500 as pictured.

Kaleb worked with me on a great deal with the truck. Able to drive off the lot the same day.

The only reason for 4 stars is due to website inventory not being updated. I personally checked the website 1st before coming to the lot.

Disappointed is an understatement. We loved Prince and he was so helpful. We had a perfect car picked out and even signed some papers to secure it until today (2/13) to put some money down on it and it was sold by a different salesman last night. Now our credit has hard inquiries from getting approved and we will struggle going anywhere else. Our fault for not showing up with cash in hand, but expected differently. The car was even marked as pending on Facebook marketplace for us.

We truly had a great experience otherwise.

They talk a good game. Once they got your money and lo and behold something goes wrong with your vehicle you might as well be waiting and they treat you like they don’t even wanna see you like they got what they wanted from you and they don’t expect to see you again terrible terrible people leave you high and dry. Trust me. I wish I would never have pulled into their lot. I told them i am a single parent, they tell me sorry about my luck. These people are straight up evil people

The price on line was not the price of car, and the owner yelled.at me when questioned about the price.would not recommend

This place really blew my mind. The salesman was very aggressive, then the guy that looks to be out a western movie comes and is even more aggressive. I had to text them the next day to stop running my credit because they kept hitting it hard (9 times in 24 hours) I then get more notifications 3 months later that they hit my credit again. My partner was not the friendliest when going to speak to them because they have demolished my credit now the credit bureau has an investigation on them. They were dishonest from the start that's why instead of signing we left. Very weird vibes and the price was double after calculating the payments compared to what they had listed. If your going to buy a car go to Perry's where they keep everything honest

If I could give this lot zero stars I absolutely would. They lied about the price of the car on their website and tried to charge me over 4k more than the value. They were incredibly rude to me and my family and I would not recommend them. The sales associate who helped me test drive was kind and deserves a better job. Do not believe what they try to sell you only or on car guru it's all a tactic to get you into door and yell at you. I brought family, I can't imagine how bad it would have been if I went alone. Just cut your losses and go to a real lot.

Walked in and made the deal in less than an hour. No price changes, deal was as advertised

I bought a Nissan Pathfinder 2020 on 10/2. The back up camera is not working now. I communicate this to Prince was very kind and tried to help, but at the end he was unable, the reason, they say that I should have purchase and additional warranty to cover these situations. 2 weeks after buying this car it start having issues. Save your self from an awfull post sale service and look elsewere where you can have a better deal, and if you are still give them your business GET EVERY WARRANTY YOU CAN, because you will need it. I was going to buy another car from them but HELL NO.

I prayed for a salesperson that was polite, not pushy, and the Lord blessed me with Prince Wilson; he was very patient, friendly, and thoughtful.

Excellent customer service, I drove 4 hours one way to buy a truck from prince. It was worth every bit of driving. It was the only time I've actually enjoyed buying a vehicle. Highly recommend prince and this dealership.
