Taco Bell, Grayson KY

Every single time we stop here. We always ask for mild sauce 3 times before leaving. They never give us sauce period and I’m getting sick of it. It’s ridiculous. We’ve eaten there a few times in 2 weeks and they always forget the sauce. After a repeat of asking for it.

I drive out of my way to come to this taco bell. I love the staff, always friendly, clean, and great food.

Let's start with the photos these are out dated the establishment has been "updated" this place can't keep staff due to their poor work environment you know it's bad when you pull up to the window and hear employees cussing each other. Now I'm not a rocket scientist but I can only imagine the poor wages don't exactly encourage the employees to do anything with a smile. But the attitude isn't the only issues with this place they over cook under cook are never stocked and the food looks NOTHING like the menus.

Rude as can be, they never remember the sauces and they make you wait forever for your food. But I like tacos so 2 stars

I’ve been through the drive thru at this taco bell at least two times this month and both times my taco and my chips were stale and my drink was flat. On top of that the employees are very rude to their customers.

What kind of Taco Bell runs out of chicken, lettuce, and rice? We were just worn out after a 14 hour road trip so we stopped here. Just to be told they couldn't make what we wanted. I know it wasn't the fault of the poor drive thru girl working there who had to hear everyone complain about it. Get it together management!

I was blind from birth, after dining in at this Taco Bell my sight began to return after each bite. By the end of my meal I went and used the bathroom and by the time that I had finished I had come to the realization that the lights were off the entire time and I could still see. Not only did this Taco Bell provide me with nocturnal vision. Upon leaving my leftovers became sentient and escaped the bag to help and elderly woman cross the street.

It's a okay taco bell! The lettuce and tomato are cold and icy but besides that I had a decent meal. Oh.they gave me chicken on my beef chalupa but they replaced it after I walked in with receipt.

Fast, clean and good. You can go inside now. Tables were clean and restroom well kept. Good service.

They forgot to give me my drink and did the same thing with other customers. Another employee had to constantly make corrections to make up for this.

My order has been short the last two times I have went. I even used the app this last time and was shorted 3 items.

Not happy to be treated this way. Disappointed that location refuses to allow truck drivers to enter building to order food. Since it is right next to truckstop. Told had to wait in line for them to service drive thru only customers. Since truckers supply them there livelihood.

They seem to always get our order wrong. Were either missing items or what we order is made wrong.

It's been nearly a year, these people are right next to a truck stop, but their dining room is still cosed. It's a shame, because I used to come to this location multiple times a week. Now I will never return. Your total lack of support for the people who keep your business alive, truck drivers, is pathetic.

Doesn't serve breakfast anymore! Not a fan of that! Went there at 9: 05 a.m. And had to get "lunch" food! #bringbackbreakfast

Food ordered and lots of problems. Ordered water, not with order none of the correct sauces that we ordered and no fork to eat the salad. Most incompetent workers. Avoid like the virus

The food is really great and the employees are friendly but I have had a few times where they have forgotten my food.
