Bao Asian Market & Deli reviews
12A great place to get food. The drinks and food are unbeatable. Customer service is always spot on. Highly recommend ️
I enjoy coming here for the great foods, drinks, and groceries. Great customer service as well!
The large chicken pho is twice the amount of everything you would get at any other place! I've never had a dish from there that was not absolutely AMAZING! Don't go to them high priced folks on Hwy. 30, go to Bao instead, you will NOT be disappointed!
I absolutely love this place. I am hooked on the soup. It is so delicious! I also enjoyed browsing the market and seeing all of the variety of grocery items. This is a great place to eat and shop.
It's probably the only place for Asian groceries between Gonzales and Baton Rouge, but its not just groceries. You can get banh mi, boba, sparkling lemonade, and tons of other snacks from their menu made fresh.
The grocery section is very good. I found the ingredients I needed for a reasonable price.
I was looking for a place to eat a nice soup and i came across this place, is a little supermarket with a small restaurant, and the soup i order was like if i had taken a plane and went to their country, all the spices the taste the ginger in the soup i mean it was a very good soup, highly recomend.
Great food and nice little store where my kids buy Asian candy and I buy hot spices and better flavored ramen.
Awesome store. Friendly enough. Really well stocked for any Asian cuisine cooking going down. Why only three stars? Horribly over priced. Most items are double (sometimes triple) the cost of where you'd could find them literally anywhere else. I come here every once in a while.the groceries are ridiculously over priced.
A lovely little place. They tend to carry my favourite ramen that I have a hard time finding elsewhere. I love their beverages (try the teas!) & their pho is amazing as well! They've been a life saver. I was recently unwell and the pho that I'd ordered (for pickup, of course) made me feel so much better! I'd recommend this place to anyone that is curious. I've yet to be disappointed in my visits.
Always good. Always friendly. Vietnamese chicken wings are my favorite dish. I like to order and shop around on the grocery store side for beverages. Glad these guys are in the area. Now I don't have to go all the way to baton rouge to get vietnamese food.
Most of the workers here are rude and cannot answer very basic questions about the food.
With that said, just like the Perkins location, the food is outstanding and the market is convenient if you need Vietnamese or other Southeast Asian groceries.
Don't expect to be treated in a friendly manner or with respect. That's not happening, with exception to he very kind woman that works in the back and occasionally brings out the food. She is pretty awesome.
