Ms. Dana You literally told me I could not get a refund 20 mins after letting you charge my card. I came less than a week later to change the car because of the issues & you told me I could not do that either. After test driving it I brought the issues I found to your attention & you told me you would not even fix it. So what am I supposed to do when you wouldn’t even compromise to help me before I left the lot with the lemon?
A few days later I came in & I told you about more issues that occurred & you told me out your own mouth that it could have something to do with the transmission. I have fixed on this vehicle every week & I have never came in to make a payment I have always made my 1 payment over the phone so maybe you have me mistaken for someone else you sold a bad vehicle to.
Dana, you wouldn’t give me a refund before I left the lot, you wouldn’t let me switch out the car after telling you the issues I was having & I have brought someone with me each time that has witnessed this with me. This vehicle has broken down in the middle of busy intersections with my kids in the backseat & with me being pregnant
it’s crazy because it literally has not been 45 days let since the purchase & now the car won’t even start at all. As a woman Dana you know this is not right & you assured me that the car would get me from point A to B with no problem for awhile and I trusted you. The vehicle to this day does not even start at all with a new battery, brakes & spark plugs all I have receipts for in less than 30 days I have put more than what I pay on the vehicle into the vehicle thinking it will get better but it has totally shut down and I still find it strange that you even suggested this particular car to me

Dana forced me into a car that she later said may have transmission problems I have had the vehicle less than 30 days and the car shuts down in the middle of intersections & I have bought brakes all the way around and a new battery in less than 2 weeks. The very next day I told her about the issues she told me she can’t get anyone to fix it and that I cannot get my money back when she the one suggested this particular car, I came there for a different vehicle but I trusted her and she got me in something that I can no longer even start up. The car doesn’t start at all and I have not even purchased it 45 days ago yet.

Do not trust this place or Dana, I am finding a lawyer to look into this because not only is the against the lemon law. I have her on video telling me that its transmission problems when she knew I didn’t want the car less than 30 mins after she took my money I told her I wanted something different & she told me no I couldn’t

The car salesman she was a very sweet compassion lady and very caring and she made show I drive off happy

Do Not Go HERE! They sold me a car that they put sealant in to hide the head gasket leak. Ive had it two weeks and now it’s not starting. No warranty. Lemon law does not apply to them! Don’t go here!

I purchased a car Monday and it quit on Thursday. As is buying with them is exactly as is they wasn’t willing to help me make repairs or anything.

Very good experience! Dana was very helpful, polite and made me very comfortable purchasing! Also the accountant (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) gave me the same experience as well. Unlike other dealerships she was very accepting and welcoming of me bringing my own mechanic to pre inspect! 10/10 would recommend!
