4They need to clean this mess up. This whole trailer park is nothing but trash. The people and the drug selling and usage going on. Absolutely ridiculous.
I live here, presently. I just got through reading some of the comments and I will say this. This is Jennings, Louisiana. If you don't want to be around "drugheads" or people who "stay up till all hours of the night", then move away. As for this park. I think it's ok. I have seen way worse. Management is doing what it can with what it has. Although I do think that their recent rise in lot rent from 235 to 285 is ridiculous, I mean, this isn't lake charles. My advice to anyone is, run as fast as you can from this town, or better yet, this state.
I lived in this trailer park 20+ yrs ago. The previous owners would have NEVER allowed this trailer park to get to the point of almost being condemned.if it were feasible. Pass thru here for old times sake and witnessed quite a lot of run down mobile homes, loose thrash in tenants yards, yet tenants are being charged astronomical lease/rent rates. Lack of trailer park monitor to oversee minor problems before it gets to management.
People or prowlers roaming the ground all night till the sun comes up and people yelling all night till the sun comes up, I don't think anyone sleeps there. This place is like a zoo. This place is dirty and it sucks.
