The salesperson was not friendly not at all. I do believe he has a problem with a different race of people.

They need to work on their customer service. Stop saying they’re going to call back when they don’t.

Yesterday 09/21/2020 was the worst experience EVER! I arrived at Dash Lumber in my Semi to deliver a load. (Very small-congested area) I was asked to Un-Tarp the load on a busy 4 lane road while drizzling. I refused to do that for my safety but not just for my safety for the safety of others as well. Also, as truck drivers we have rules to follow and I try my best to adhere to them all. I decided to drive to an empty lot and Un-tarp the load then go back to have the load unloaded which was the smart thing to do. I went back to unload, they REFUSED the load due to the load being **wet** but when I pulled up it was **Tarped** if it was drizzling outside then of course there will be a little dampness. I am thinking because I did not risk my life, hold up traffic, disobey the law, and do it THEIR WAY they decided to refuse the load to make my life hard (PERSONAL). Me knowing all things work together FOR THE GOOD, I wasn't stressed concerning that because GOD worked it out, the part that got me is the OWNER'S Brother (don't remember name-may be GARY) would not speak with me after I tried to ask questions. Unprofessional, no rapport, and a horrible experience overall. At the end of the day we truckers deal with enough, don't be selfish or try to prove a point. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Please know GOD worked it out even in the Pandemic. I pray for your business and speak blessings. Enjoy the rest of your day.
