4I placed a review here previously but I guess Jason had it deleted. I'm going to make this one shorter. I contacted Jason regarding having my 2006 GMC C7500 towed to his shop for a gas tank replacement. Jason found me a tank at a great price, quoted a good price to do the work, and everything seemed hunky dory. Jason mentioned that his main shop had moved to MS but that he still had a mechanic working in Albany. He had me tow the truck to this location on 3/18/22. The tow truck driver called me when he got there and said he could not get the truck up into the driveway. He said there was enough room on the shoulder to drop it there so I told him to go ahead. I contacted Jason and he said no problem he would have the mechanics use a tractor to pull the truck up to the shop. I talked to Jason several times after that asking about the truck. Each time he said the mechanic was either busy or sick but would get to the truck soon. I asked if they had moved the truck and he said yes. We received notice from the financing company on 5/12/22 that the truck was impounded at Big Wheel in Hammond. When I contacted them they said the owner of the property at this address had called and requested that the truck be towed on 4/4/22. The person stated the truck had been abandoned. I have called and texted Jason multiple times since then and he has never responded. My attorney will be the next person to contact Jason.
Called Jason at 1am. He answered and told me exactly what was wrong with my truck. Told me who to call to get off the interstate and even called me back 2 days later to check on me. Very courteous and knowledgeable guy. If you are ever in a bind on I-10 in Louisiana/Mississippi he’s the guy to call!
I called LD Truck repair when I broke down on the interstate. I had a busted coolant hose. Coolant pouring out. LD Truck repair showed up when they said they would. Glen & his coworker (I didn’t get his name). Got right to work. Had me up & running fast.
