Love sonic they seem to be having some really nice workers that are at the drive-through window And that is very good it’s give you something to look forward to when you’re waiting on your order especially when you’re having to sit in a line for a bit you get to the window and you have a very nice person smiling at you and being very nice because not everywhere you go has nice people thank you sonic for your great customer service in jennings la

I also highly recommend Dr pepper with vanilla cream (not vanilla flavoring). It tastes like a dr pepper float!

They got roaches in there food
I ate a crab sandwich and between the crab was a nice fat roach with antenas on him.
Do not recommend this place to anyone!

Asked for easy ice and received extra ice. With the prices of their drinks, I that if I ask for less ice and more drink they should oblige.

Ordered a sonic butter finger blast and they didn't put any butter finger in it. I was down the road when I realized it. The girl was very nice though.

If I could have given a negative 5 star that would have been better. The ENTIRE NIGHT CREW NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Filed so many complaints and nothing gets better. The food is always wrong old and hard and cold. We get home to eat my husband have a black permanent marker wrapped up in his burger mine was suppose to be a #1 and it was just the bun with mayonnaise and mustard no meat patty no lettuce no tomatoes absolutely nothing but bread. The night manager is horrible he doesn’t know how to run a crew

They have to do it over but it was still cold? To eat

I said can we have some fries one
They need to learn how to treat there c right with there's food to serve

It’s a sonic! Waited longer than we should have had to, and they’ve skimped on the to-go packaging so there is no holder for the dipping sauces anymore. Tried the mocha milkshake, and it is mostly chocolate (no coffee flavor at all). Their soft pretzel is surprisingly good.

Had a friend pick me up a banana pudding shake. Had zero banana taste to it. No bananas. Then my onion rings were burnt. I can't understand how this Sonic is always packed. My food etc.is never the quality it should be for their high prices. Rude employees on top of that! No Sonic for me. No thank you!

All Toasters, burritos and burgers need to be wrapped in something other then the foil paper. They become a soggy mess. I ordered the new Grilled Cheese Burger and it would have been great if it didn't fall apart and turn gummy from being wrapped in the foil paper.

Food was horrible. Waited for a long time to get food that tasted like it was weeks old. Employees were not helpful. I have never been to a sonic this bad.

Went this morning and my app wasn't working, one of the carhops came out to see if she could help, I believe her name was Brooklyn, by far the nicest carhop I have ever experienced.

Horrible. The carhop lady who worked the window this one time took our order but then started cussing while her mic was still on. Not to mention there was kids in the car. Not only is their service horrible but the food that you receive its cold and not fresh and takes a long time to get.

I ordered a cherry limeade straight up just the juice no lime no cherry now they don't answer the phone sonic is slacking

I ordered sausage and bacon on my toaster sandwich and only got sausage but other than that it was good

Had parking for truck and trailer and plenty of outdoor seating. Clean and well maintained

I went order food for my kids and I. When we got home I started handing everyone their food. And when I got to mine I had my drink, fries, and A PIECE OF BREAD. Spent $34 and sat there for at least 25 min and get a piece of bread.

Hit and miss with this place. Ice cream is usually melted, food is cold, blah.but it is the only Sonic in town and occasionally they will get it right. If it were me, I'd get rid of the manager on the day shift.

Man that girl is at the window every day and she is the cutest lil mama I get to look at in my day.

A little disappointed how long it took to receive one tea. I would say not enough employees. She was very nice, no problem there. Maybe it was just a bad day. Or not enough training.
