9The staff here are truly amazing at everything they do. We brought our June here ever since we moved into the area and have felt like family the whole time. When we had our dog need to stay over night for treatments, the staff took my MANY calls daily with a kind and sympathetic tone each and every time no matter how busy they were. They took time out of their busy day to give me updates and inform me on what was being done. I am forever grateful for the time and dedication they have for all of their clients. They went above and beyond what anyone else would have done during a very sad time for me and my family. And for that I am truly thankful to the staff at St Francisville Animal Hospital. Thank you all so much for everything.
This was a second visit to see Dr Serio, the first was to establish our two Shih Tzu as patients of the clinic.

Thank you so much for taking care of Oscar. It was an emergency, but they took him overnight without questioning if he would survive. They did everything to save my German Shepherd Oscar. He survived 3 more night's. It gave us the chance to say goodbye. Thank yall from the bottom of my heart.
They were awesome. Showed up 16 minutes before closing and they welcomed me like it was the start of their day. Took care of my furr baby like it was their own. Thank everyone
Tink and I called on our way there. We were told to come right on in. Directions were confirmed over the phone. Check in was quick and Tink spent the day there. She required 6 stitches on her right back foot. I picked her up at the end of the day. Very professional from check in to check out. Thank you!
