Apria Healthcare, Bangor ME

I received a sleep study in June 2023, got the paperwork from the sleep lab and a prescription from my PCP then forwarded it to the local Apria office. It took Apria 5 months and 11 phone called to Apria to get the order correct. In speaking to the local and 1-800 staff the paperwork was lost and i had to facilitate resubmission three times. Finally got the CPAP with no mask. Ordered a mask and the wrong one was sent. When I contacted Apria to make a complaint the email and the phone message were not returned to me. I arranged for a return and they wanted to charge me 29.00 for the delivery. When I called about the delivery/pickup charges, I was connected to the local representative and was hung up on.

Easy and professional service from Apria. I wish a representative could visit my home for set up instructions.

I'm a six year user of a cpap. My previous cpap supplier was awful. When the time came to get a new cpap machine my physician recommended Apria Healthcare. I'm glad he did. They have been professional, courteous and helpful every time I have contacted them. It's nice to work with a provider that cares about their clients. I can highly recommend Apria.
