7Ordered a wake up wrap with sausage egg and cheese on pancake and only got sausage and cheese in a tortilla wrap. I'm not happy with this dd and will never go back again!
Make sure you repeat your order clearly, and make sure you repeat it again when you pay. Or you'll be paying for someone else's meal
Employees are on point and super friendly, this place will actually stir your coffee so that your non-dairy creamer and sugar isn't just sitting on the bottom of your cup while many other locations won't take the time to when there's a big rush, so for that I thank you guys and gals, oh and there's quite a bit of Employees on the floor so it takes absolutely no time to get you what you ordered, through the line and back on the road fast, superb crews working here day and night
4 times out of 5 I will receive the wrong order. Today I monitored my order and the person taking it just couldn't get it right. Incompetent staff. Never again.
Terrible drive through service on a Sunday. Get a manager in their to help out because it should take 30+ min in a drive through.
Next time don't need the sarcasm from the blonde with the piercings when I ask a simple question. THANKS.
Update: Terrible customer service the other day. Guy at the window was less than friendly.
