They did an amazing job tuning up my bike and making it ready to go again. Highly recommend Northern Lights for bike services!
Called them for months to get a callback for repair on the Harman pellet stove purchased from Northern Lights.
Every time I call, they say I will get a callback for scheduling. It never happens.
Terrible customer service.
Spent $6000 in 2016 for a Regency fireplace insert that worked well for only 1 year. Started having issues in 2018 and insert hasn't worked now for 3 years. Emails can go months before receiving a reply and most are ignored completely. It's been so long now that the warranty has run out. My advice.go somewhere else.and don't buy a Regency.
Extremely poor pricing. Good turn around time on repairs, but extremely over priced on everything. Bought a product that anywhere else costs $18 total, final price at Northern Lights was over $40.
Go anywhere else to buy parts for a significantly better price, this shop is only good for the convenience of having parts available in a pinch.
