I have been working with my surgeon for about 3 1/2 - 4 months. I first came in with a severe case of flatfoot and he has taught me so much about the biomechanics of my steps. I am now almost 2 months recovered from a left fiberal elective surgery and I want to say I feel absolutely amazing with my surgery, surgeon, and especially care from their office. I was very scared about everything at first but I would’ve thought my surgeon specialized in psychology as well because the mental comfortability that he gave me about everything was unmatched. I received exemplary care from this office and I urge anyone with foot problems to come here.

Dr. Navid Sadoughi and his team are AMAZING! We originally met the Dr.at the Adventist Healthcare White Oak Medical Center, when he saved Dad’s foot. He quickly identified that Dad’s foot was infected due to ulcers, but since, he has been treating Dad’s foot to salvage it. Dr. Sadoughi is performing amazing limb salvaging and focusing on maintaining Dad’s foot. My Dad is in his 80s. He and his staff are thorough, patiently answer your questions, research and discuss all possible options with his other doctors, and he’s very personable. If you have any foot or ankle issues…. Don’t walk…. Run and see Dr. Sadoughi and his team! The work they perform is amazing!

I really want to give Dr. Sadoughil, and Dr. Naenifard, a Five star rating because, what was done to my foot, I’ve had done Four times by other doctors. Which only made my feet worse. I will share photos of before and after in a few weeks, Thank you.

Thanks to Dr. Hesam for the reconstruction of my foot, I thought I wasn't going to consider walking normally and after his work I'm satisfied

We have had the pleasure to work closely for the past few months with the Chevy Chase Foot and Ankle team and with Dr. Naenifard. Dr. Naenifard worked tenaciously to save our father’s leg when other doctors saw no hope to save it and had recommended an above the knee amputation. We are very grateful to the whole team who have for the past months treated my father and us with such compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Naenifard and Dr. Sadoughi. I had severe pain in my heel, Achilles and lower calf muscles from playing basketball. It got to the point where I wasn’t able to play for several months. I finally went and saw Dr. Naenifard and Dr. Sadoughi and they took great care of me! Luckily, I didn’t need surgery. After some conservative therapy that they provided, I was able to be back on the basketball court in about 6 weeks! Great experience and great clinic staff!

Dr. Sadoughi is an amazing foot & ankle surgeon and has taken care of my whole family! I took my 4 week old daughter to see him for ingrown toenails and he was so friendly and gentle with her. He was able to remove the ingrown part quickly and she became so much more comfortable afterwards! The office has a very warm and relaxing atmosphere and there is always good music playing. He and his staff treat you like family! I highly recommend this office if you are having any foot or ankle pain/chronic issues.
