RUN! Even if you are going to pick statefarm DO NOT use this agent. Absolutely useless when we got into a zero fault accident, and in addition they raised our rate $70/month and charged us a fee for change of address because they entered the wrong address when I signed on.

They've essentially told me to kick rocks regarding this issue and I'd strongly recommend not using this agency or statefarm insurance if this is who represents them.
