8I bought a 2013 Nissan Maxima from them and the service engine soon light was on at the time of sale. They assured me they would get it fixed. I was told they were ordering the catalytic converter and they would call me when it came in so I could get it fixed. I never received a call back, I've called numerous times and Noone had answers for me. They just kept telling me, "we're gonna look into it and call you back. " Now, after about the 65th phone call to them I finally get an answer (a year later) which was " our records don't show anything saying we owe you a catalytic converter ". It has now been over a year later and still have this problem. Unfortunately, I can't even pass emissions so for the past year now I've been spending $14 a month and now came to the conclusion that I'm definitely on my own with this issue! This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a car! I would not recommend anyone to buy from these people!
I love my car, KB auto was so helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely refer them to anyone who want to purchase a car.

After searching and searching I came across this dealership. At first I was comprehensive because of past experience but to my surprise I experienced the best customer service from them. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He explained the process of each step before and while making my purchase. Most dealerships just want to make a sale and get you out the door but they didn’t. I recommend this place to anyone who have challenges with their credit or not. He also will actually look for cars you want. Go 10 stars for me!
The owner is a great guy that works with people and keeps his word. You can’t ask for more than that with used car dealers.
