After suspicious behavior for years, decided to track unsolicited drive-thrus of my townhouse neighborhood. It's February 17th 9: 40 a.m. And K&R just made a rapid sweep through the court. No obvious call in. Just fishing for tows. In violation of their stated policy.

Terrible, sent a truck to get me out of a ditch. That truck got stuck, they sent a flatbed to save their truck, and left me hahaha worst tow company I ever ran into wish I could give zero stars

Forced to wait for this place through Progressive roadside. Originally quoted 120-150 minutes which already was bad but after 2.5 hours neither Progressive or myself could get a hold of them. Don't recommend at all.

This towing company is by far the absolute worst company ever. They gave me an ETA of 90 minutes but took 2 hours then cancelled. I had a disabled adult with me, had to get him home because he needed his meds and dinner, another staff had to come and get him. The driver was rude because I asked him how much more longer, it said they were arriving for 15 minutes never showed. Just utterly ridiculous. Bad customer service. DON’T EVER USE THIS PLACE I GIVE IT A DAM ZERO

The came as a part of my Triple A service. I thought they were just gonna put my spare on and leave. But my technician not only took my flat tire off but also found the problem and plugged it and put air in it and put it back on. He just fixed everything within 10 minutes. So now I don't have to take time out of my day to get the tire fixes. And the tech was wonderful. I am beyond happy. Use this service you will not be disappointed

Cutting people off and driving as weaving in and out of traffic not carrying about others safety. Get your flat bed driver's to drive carefully. There elderly also sharing the road

Poor and unprofessional service. No wonder they only have 3.6 stars. Hopefully less now. I wouldn’t trust them to tow my bicycle.

Totaling your car on a freeway is traumatic enough. Everybody in the process was wonderful from the state trooper and even the driver of the other vehicle. The only party that was difficult to deal with was KNR towing! I realize you have a difficult job sometimes but try to be a little bit more compassionate and work on your customer service. Don’t chastise your customers for needing clarification on when you’re open. Your website says you’re open 24 hours so I made the assumption I could come and take all of the stuff out of my vehicle that I couldn’t take with me yesterday. I’ve been at your tow lot since 6 AM and keep getting pushed back an hour at a time by people on the phone who are extremely short, sarcastic and rude. It cost nothing to be kind. Do better, please!

Goggle forces to give a Single Star. This company may deserve More, but your Driver in a Roll Back tag no ending 277 should have his license pulled. He entered rt 100,6,: 15 pm on Tuesday from rt 1 to East bound 100. At a high rate of speed he swooped across two lanes to Cutting around two other drivers, then proceeded to Tail gate every vehicle bullying drivers out of his way. Even went as far putting on his lights to intimidate drivers. I hope there was a good reason for this Extreme Aggressive driving. I never seen for over 40 years of driving this behavior from a commercial driver. And the his business will NEVER be called on for my vehicle need.

Was having a very bad morning until I received a call from the tow truck driver, Doug McKissick. It was a very smooth process and Doug was very thorough. He’s a very good conversationalist with a good heart which made the experience 10x better.

My car would not start and dead at the Auto Zone. They keep me abreast of delays and got an understanding of what I needed. I have a 2013 Durango R/T. The tow-truck driver accessed the manuel override for the shifter. I have a push to start so that is the only way he could get it in neutral. Great job. He was fast, efficient and dropped my baby off with no problems. He had on Croce but didn't need sport mode.lol. Great job. Definitely recommend

The are the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is rude and they overcharge for towing. I could smell alcohol on the breath of the person in the trailer that assisted me. If I could give them a zero star that wouldn’t be low enough. Do not use them under any circumstances.

They lady got smart with me, canceled my service I told her you can’t do that and she said can do whatever she wants. Then hung up in my ear, I had a 8 month old baby and in the back of the car on the side of the highway. I do not recommend there service.

I broke down at a gas station and used my roadside assistance for a tow. Took some time but not the tow companies fault they were extremely busy. They even arrived before the ETA time. Matthew D.called when he was on his way. He was friendly and professional! I highly recommend them for any roadside assistance or towing needs.

K&R answered the phone quickly without putting me on hold and were able to dispatch a flatbed tow truck (I requested a flatbed) right away. Now, let me tell you Edwin saved me today. He was the tow truck operator who arrived within 10 minutes after I spoke to the dispatcher! Thank goodness they are located close to where I live. Edwin was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I have a roadside assistance membership, but I knew they keep me waiting for hours. I had to get to work ASAP and K&R made that possible. Highly recommended, I will definitely call them if God forbid I need a tow in the future. Thank you Edwin!

The lady who answered the phone and assisted me with the details and price of the necessary tow job was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The tow truck driver arrived at my location quickly and was extremely friendly and very good at his job. The whole process from calling K&R Towing to having my car dropped off 6 miles away at my local mechanic shop was super fast and not terribly expensive. I believe the entire transaction cost me $130, not bad, and definitely seemed like the cheapest option I could find locally on Google. I recommend K&R Towing highly. Good, friendly service at a reasonable price!
