Sleep Inn, Frederick MD

One night stay with kids. No frills hotel, most important thing was that it was clean. Shower and bathroom were clean and so were the bed sheets. Location was very convenient, less than 10 minutes by car to downtown Frederick.

Mary M should be fired, I would give this place a 0 if I could I can't believe this place, I am on my 3rd day of my stay and my key don't work, no one at the desk for more than an hour, and this lady walks out the back and asks me to if I want to check in? Then I explain to her how I have been waiting for over an hour and" she didn't like my attitude" so she didn't want to help me, I'm locked out of my belongings, and no one in management can help me

My mother came to visit from Connecticut on a last minute trip, the Sleep Inn staff was very accommodating. My mother is elderly and asks a lot of questions, Bailey was very patient with her and extremely helpful. The only thing I would suggest is an update of the property other than that it was a lovely stay for my mother.

Staff is amazing here they really have this hospitality thing down haven't seen people this happy to do their jobs in a while but kudos to the manager because she really has a great team and is great with them I would definitely recommend this hotel

The clean and sizable room, and the kind and caring manner of manager Amena and other customer service-oriented staff, all added up to a peaceful short stay.

It's a budget hotel, basic rooms, but clean and updated. They provide the necessary for a comfortable stay. Located in a nice area, close to shops, restaurants, car wash, gas stations, banks, liquor store and more. Good travel hotel. Breakfast includes muffins, waffles, yogurts & cereal.

Amazing service. Shana was especially helpful. The staff were extremely courteous and we will use this hotel next time we're in town.

The hospitality is the best in town. Started staying here 2-3 days every two weeks after another hotel in town over booked my room and now it’s my personal favorite. Breakfast is great, rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and very accommodating. Perfect walking distance from the mall, restaurants and gas stations. Price is on point.

Great value! This was one of the cleanest hotel/motels. The team there welcomes you like family. The location is great, with nearby parking for busses, Class A or Class C RVs, and for towing transports/equipment. Very relaxed. And the sleeping was as good as the commercials say.

Pretty good weekly prices if you must live the hotel life for a month or two it's not bad no bath is the only thing that I miss but I can shower which I do more anyway sooo. 4stars

No hotel is worth staying at if they have bugs. Sad to say it because I visit Frederick 2-3 times a year and have overnighted here 3+ times before. Service has been great on all my trips but live bugs is a deal breaker for me.

The Lady at the Front Desk, Shaina that checked Me in, was Very. Professional and Helpful. Great Customer Service Here at this Location.
GREAT Professional Staff and GREAT Clean Rooms.
Good Prices also.
They have an Elevator here, so you do NOT have to carry bags up and down the stairs like other Hotels in Frederick Maryland.
