These ladies are saving me. I had a shoulder injury this winter which has caused some old widespread chronic pain to flare up. I’m in physical therapy, but some days the pain is so bad I just need a really good massage. Andy and Cindy have both helped me. They’re skillful, caring, and listen to what you need. Their base rate is really affordable and you can tell they work incredibly hard. Bring cash or venmo to tip!

Great spa! Cindy is my favorite, but I’m certain they’re all great. Very friendly staff, peaceful environment, convenient location and booking process. Cindy always knows how to get the kinks out of my back, shoulders and neck.

I was rear ended in a high speed crash and my doctor recommended massages for strained mucles and pain relief. I have seen all three fabulous massage therapists who have worked with my schedule. Cindy, Ling and Andy were each able to work the knots in my neck, shoulder and back. I can't recommend them enough, they are kind, professional and responsive. I'm starting to feel more like myself again, more relaxed, and I can feel my shoulder and neck loosening up with each session.

I walked in they immediately approached me, very friendly and professional. I told them what I wanted and went to my room immediately for my massage. I had a 1 hr massage it was excellent. I'm a massage therapist myself so if a massage therapist can say that another MT is excellent they must be right! Stop searching, just go here you won't regret it!

I came in a bit rushed and was immediately brought to the room. Andy was very sweet and respectful. She had made sure I wasn’t in any pain. The entire session was amazing and relaxing. I had gotten the 30 min session with hot stones. The stones were wonderful alleviating pain. The entire thing was great and I plan on coming back some time. There was some confusion on my side in regards to the payment (I paid in the end don’t worry) and Andy was extremely accommodating and patient. She was able to explain how it worked and helped my confusion. The whole thing was so smooth and stress free, even with the complications with payments. Would recommend to anyone, she seemed very able to accommodate to requests.

All three ladies are outstanding! You can't go wrong with who you choose. My schedule gets erratic so scheduling online is very convenient.

I had an AMAZING massage with Andy! And my son had a FABULOUS massage with Cindy. I really needed a deep tissue massage - I was experiencing headaches and upper back, shoulder and neck tension - and Andy worked it all away! I highly recommend Inner Lotus.

My favorite massage place. It’s right downtown amesbury and so convenient for me. And everyone that works there does an amazing job. I also get their cupping services done and I think everyone should try it at least once! Feels so good. I love the way we can book online as well. So easy.
