Went with a new employee to my company for breakfast as a treat. Got a bacon egg and cheese and she got a bowl. I’ve been to Millis and always enjoyed my experience. When we got there we ordered our meal and I accidently clicked no receipt and the ladies working there helped me out. The sandwich was the BEST sandwich I’ve had in a long time - it was damn perfect! Then I made a separate order of 4 deserts which were all great! Not sure how anyone is rating this less than at least a 4. I’m mad picky and twist always delivers. Thanks for doing this so I can actually eat and feel ok.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING THE BEST THING IS EVERYTHING HAHAHA. ATMOSPHERE IS GOOD FOR A GREAT MORNING AND SIT DOWN AND ENJOY. VERY CLOSE FROM THE ARCHE HOTEL. THE SERVICE IS GREAT VERY ORGANIZED. THE FOOD IS ALSO VERY DELICIOUS. THE COFFEE IS AMAZING. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. THIS PLACE IS A 10 out of 10.

Baked goods taste pretty good but not of very expensive/high quality ingredients, and they are rather small for the price. Blueberry muffin had barely any blueberries in it.

So I've been going here for about a month and have absolutely loved the food every time. I don't leave a lot of reviews but I felt it was appropriate here since (and I mean this in the most complementary way possible) I had absolutely no idea they were 100% gluten free! I do not have celiac disease, I do not go out of my way to try to eat gluten free (usually). I just wanted a place that makes great breakfast. Imagine my surprise. Keep up the great work guys!

The manager's behavior was disappointing. Initially, they provided plastic utensils to us, they said they didn't have any. However, moments later, they did provide regular utensils to other tables, which was confusing. When questioned about this inconsistency, the manager became defensively rude. Their lack of professionalism in addressing customer concerns is concerning, and based on this experience, I don’t recommend anyone to go for a breakfast.

Courteous service, healthy (not excessively large) portions, great menu, inclusive of dietary needs, plenty and accessible parking and store access.

Okay for breakfast. Had the "traditional" - eggs, bacon, gluten free toast. Probably great if you're gluten free. They are and try to have ingredients that no one objects to? No nuts, gluten free baked goods, no butter (but something they call "buttery spread"). Good cup of tea, though, loose leaf English Breakfast. All in all, a little strange but ok.

Absolutely impossible to get the Burlington location on the phone when you call. No way to get the turn around time on a cake. Great deserts but not so fancy communication despite leaving multiple messages. It's too far for me just to drop by and hope they have one prepared. Deserts prices are above the average but most assuredly these deserts are the best around. It is honestly impossible to tell the carrot cake or chocolate cake from one with made with regular flower.

Update-they did reach out to me this after afternoon. One of the employees did mention that it's roughly a week or a hair more for a cake to be made from scratch. I ended up heading over there today hoping they had one on site and luckily they did. They did mention that they usually carry a cake or two already prepared. Looking foward to digging in to it this evening.

"The Traditional" is divine! The staff is always helpful and quick. Solid spot to meet friends and grab brunch

Wonderful food and baked goods, and a wide variety of options for everyone (and all preference types!). It can be really hard to make gluten free foods taste great, but Twist Bakery does this exceptionally well, and crafts foods that everyone will enjoy whether they are gluten free or not. Definitely a must try!

Food was good, menu was confusing (hard to read the menu on the screen, also the brunch menu was on the cahsier counter), and service could've been better (cashier was impatient and not friendly even though there was no line). Cashier also didn't ask if we wanted dine-in.

Everything there is absolutely fabulous! From the pastry to the food to the coffee it’s all top notch and you absolutely wouldn’t even know it’s all gluten free. I also have an unusual avocado allergy and they are always so careful with my food to make sure it’s safe!

Twist is a hidden gem! From someone who suffers from allergies and wants to be able to eat/drink at an establishment can be very nerve wracking, but not at Twist! Every employee knows exactly what ingredients are in every item they serve and they are extremely accommodating about it. I always feel safe eating here. The food is always delicious as is the coffee. The staff is very welcoming and the restaurant is always clean. Thank you Twist! You never disappoint.

I LOVE this place. They’ve saved me so many times with allergy friendly options, as my dietary needs change. They have a really good chai, the carrot cake is to die for, and the picco quesadilla is bomb

I had a very racist experience at this place on 11/9/23 around 2: 45pm. No one asked to help me and I was there for 20 minutes even though it was not busy at this time. I had to for assistance in order to get service. One worker actually twitched her nose at me. I asked for the mangers number and was asked for my name first. I only spent my money here because my wife needed something gluten free and we traveled to give it a try. If you’re not white enter at your own risk. This place is very backwards in my opinion for the 21st Century. I was told the managers name was Tess and I am not sure if she tolerates this behavior but the three female employees in front appeared to be very comfortable ignoring us as customers.

By the way the food is very bland and tasteless and if your visiting from out of town, You can do better at other places for the prices.
