Worst experience I have ever had making a return. The girl behind register was horrible. Told me the items i was returning had ashes and smelled like cigarettes. Mind you still with tags on them. In original bag that colleted dust on black pants not ashes. Whoever she is should not be in retail how she talks to people. Not to mention loudly talking about how they where damaged and that she would not be able to return them. Then didnt even want to see my reciept when she was telling me when i purchased items which wasnt right. I dont need that reciept she says. Clearly you do. Why have a reciept if you no better then me. Made me feel horrible as a person, talked down to me like she was better then me. Then when i asked her to throw my empty hollister bag away she took it from me like it was something i blew my nose in. Really. If i could do my whole experience again tonight. I might have really laid into her and maybe in more then one way. I have never felt like how i do now over a return. I hope somebody fires her soon. She is not a people person and truely hates her job

Manager Vanessa needs to be fired. Worst customer service experience in years! Bought two identical pairs of jeans. One was great, one defective. She refused to accept the return because she didn't think they were defective. I wouldn't have driven 45 minutes each way to exchange them if they weren't defective. She was rude, laughed in my face as I was explaining, and insinuated that my daughter is fat and in need of curvy jeans. We were in disbelief and very offended. I usually give employees credit for following their training and doing their job. This was truly unbelievable. Will NEVER return to this store.

Staff members are always polite and respectful. Very helpful when picking out clothes, if needed. I love this store.

Horrible place to work, if you’re looking to get your child to work here as a first job or a job in general don’t look into this place.got verbally harassed by Salomé (the assistant manager) and reached out to corporate to file a complaint against her and never heard back. Rosa (the store manager) is a high schooler disguised as a grown woman who lives off of drama between her 16 year old associates.glad i got out of there when i did because seems like nothings changed.

Went to Grate lakes crossing mall Hollister Store. The sale was on. Most of the times sales or discounts are available. The women section had less stock and fewer new summer styles, but the men's section had huge collections and discounts. Grabbed a fewer Tee n Joggers for my guy.

Cute clothes for younger people.prices are slightly high but with sales you can get things reasonably priced.

Horrible customer service. I continue to have issues with this store. Placed an order online to ship to the store, shows it was received by someone at the store but yet they have no record of it. Meanwhile, I have to call customer again! Horrible!

Awesome Hollister everything in the store was discounted, they had a good variety of shirts on sale for $10 each and they had some other shirts on clearance for $15 pants and hoodies were marked down as well and if you sign up for their rewards on their website with your email before you get there you get a $10 off your purchase of $40 or more that you can use in store or online, so if you grabbed four shirts at $10 each you can get one for free. Hollister clothes look great and are good quality, also the stuff they have online isn’t always in store and vice versa.
